No counter space in the bathroom. And having to drag my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs but, not a deal breaker. I loved the Palm Pavilion!

Location, walking distance to just about everything. A huge plus that the beach is at your door step and you can have cocktails right next door!!

No elevators so walking up and down the stairs was challenge for some of our older family members.i didn't have microwave or coffee pot in our rooms.the apartment was fully equipped.

Close to beach,heated pools,staff nice,located in walking distance to entertainment.the roof top lounge overlooking the ocean was beautiful at sunset.we had 5 rooms and an apartment.lived the apartment was across from pool.i liked we had reserved parking so didn't have to worry about parking our rental car. Apartment was fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils.

The only thing I wish they would of had was a continental breakfast.

We loved staying here for our family vacation. It was a nice quiet area and a great location! The staff was very friendly, and they had an area where there was beach toys and chairs which was awesome!

This is a boutique hotel from years gone by. It is charming. Perfect location on the beach. Very quiet. Very safe. Very secure. The mattress was a little soft. Very clean. Parking is excellent. Pool is very sufficed. Dee, Cindy, Willy, Scott, Rebecca and Jason were very accommodating, friendly, engaging, concerned, pleasant, approachable, warm, inviting and paid attention to details. There were other Staff Members who were the same but can't recall their names. Price was acceptable. The room did not have a kitchenette or microwave. The refrigerator was sufficed. New carpeting in the rooms and hallways. Shower was nice. Coffee in the reception area in the mornings. Will definitely stay here again and will take advantage of the returning 20% discount offer. Microwave in the reception area.

No elevator so I couldn’t get my suitcase up the stairs. Plus I need a hand rail but at the very top of the stairs on the second floor the handrail ends a few steps from the top. Other than that the hotel was charming.

Still a little pricey, food was expensive but didn't taste like it should be expensive, staff was away from the desk at checkout for nearly an hour and nobody would answer the phone which delayed our 13 hour drive home by a bit but they were still polite, and no elevator to other floors.

They had their own restaurant and bar, hotel was clean, employees were polite, location is great and beautiful part of the beach and has rooftop access to view the beach. I proposed to my girlfriend here and it made that moment awesome

We were at a back window against DQ which is closed and there was trash everywhere as well as a few visits from police under the DQ due to homeless people camping there. Was very sad to see the trash around that side of the hotel area.

I enjoyed being next to the beach and the wonderful customer service.

The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was quite noisy but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Stunning location metres from the beach and great to wake up and see the ocean. We loved the Palm Pavilion Bar & Grill for dinner. The sun deck gave amazing views of the sunset.

There was no elevator and we were on the third floor! Once I got my wife's suitcase in the room the lack of an elevator was not an issue, until departure!

Location was excellent! The beach was just a few steps away!
