The a/c in our room was a bit noisy when it would turn on/off. It also didn't seem to have good air flow to the "living room" area. The water drainage in the shower was a bit slow. Remote in bedroom did not work had to take one from living room.

The location was great. We loved our balcony view of the downtown area. The Staff were great and very friendly. The underground parking is ideal and very well lit.

I didn’t like that parking was $30 a day there. Next time we know to find parking on the street for free.

The property has gone down I stayed hear years ago it’s nothing like what is was previously the gentleman that checked me in was ok but something was off with his approach the sofa in the room was filthy

Our room wasn’t done, we had no extra water/coffee/towels. They were out of towels so we had no way to shower. When qe arrived they were out of keys so we had to wait feom 9 pm to 9:30 to get our key. Staff had to excellent employees Jeremy and Marlin, other than them I did not have the best experience. They werent able to help me out. At the end they made up for it in a very good way. Room was very outdated, very unattended, dirty, broken pieces, not in the best condition. Doesn’t meet Hyatt standards. Location was great!

Bathroom sink was cracked and tub was old. Parking should have been free as you are already paying a resort fee. 45 dollars for parking is excessive and their is very little street parking.

Surprise fees at check out. I was double charged for “incidental fees” one came off, but one is still pending after a few days. Really an inconvenience to have several hundred dollars come out of my account during travel.

I had booked 4 rooms for my family. 3 rooms were good...but 1 room had an issue with the shower. 1 room had a dripping spout in bath tub and shower had low water flow. Just thought with the amount we paid for the hotel, the shower should be working.

The property is rundown to include rusted fixtures in the bathroom and stained bathtub. The beds we’re comfortable, however the couch was so worn there was large dip in the middle. The phone didn’t work so we had to call the front desk with cell phones when we needed replenishment of towels and TP. The food on site is limited to the pool bar menu with very limited hours and there is no Room service. The outdoor fireplace by the pool is not operating and the bar was closed at 8 when we returned to hotel. I expected more for the price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is central to Palm Springs activity. The pool is nice and valet parking was very easy.

* Rooms rather drab and dingy * Sleeping area adjacent to passage way which can be noisy * Bedroom window looks out to passage way and one needs to keep curtains drawn for privacy. * Too much ambient light comes into bedroom at night from passage way adjacent to sleeping area (even when curtains are fully drawn) * Included breakfast needs an explanation. It is not a buffet breakfast but rather a restaurant-style breakfast where you are only allowed an entree and one drink. Anything else incurs an addition charge. * Beds are far too soft and bedding is too substantial for a hot desert environment like Palm Springs. I had to request a sheet and light blanket instead of the Arctic-style duvet they had provided.

* Very friendly, helpful staff * Very large bedroom with lounge and balcony affording good city / mountain view’s. * Good but limited breakfast. * Clean and spacious. * Good central location close to many specialty restaurants.
