Lights and kitchen cabinets could be updated. Blinds in master bedroom needs to be fixed.

It’s an older property, but very clean. The master bedroom is very large with a bar sink, 2 bathrooms, very large walk in shower, double sinks in both, king bed and walk up bar in living room. Plenty of towels, including Pool towels, toiletry higher end,everything you can think of for the kitchen.

We liked it all.

The staff was very attentive and welcoming. The house was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The management even had fresh fruit and a cheese tray and coffee cake waiting for us. Lovely touch!

I had nothing to not like, Everything from the welcome basket and treats to the fireplaces, jacuzzi and pools were spot on. Very comfy beds, spacious bathrooms and showers. Full kitchen with plenty of kitchen ware, all appliances in great shape and clean.

Our own private space including a private garage for parking was great. Liked not having to shlepp bags and groceries through a lobby and into an elevator. Everything was as promised. When we visit the palm spring area I would love to come back and stay here.

* The spa never really got up to temperature, it would have been nice to have the spa prepped at temp before our arrival.

* The receptionist was communicative and friendly by text before and during arrival, and upon checkout. * The villa was beautiful, comfy, and spacious! The private pool and spa are the best! * Every amenity was available, I cooked several meals, nothing was lacking. The villa, courtyard, and pool are all very private. I never heard a neighbor. * My goal was to have a super-private and quiet stay where I would never have to leave the villa... it met all of my expectations in that regard.

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at Sundance Villas. We would definitely recommend for privacy and complete relaxation. The villas are well-appointed providing everything you need, will absolutely return!

They provided fruit and a breakfast pastry/cake. There was also a selection of tea and a Keurig with K cups. They also left a bottle of wine. We lost power due to a storm. Property had the forethought to provide a battery operated lantern and a candle.

The property is beautiful and completely decked out with everything you need for a vacation. The pool is amazing, the kitchen is above and beyond a holiday home. The beds are so comfortable and the living room is perfect for lounging either with family or big group.

Wonderful service by Ginny who was in touch with us via text when our flight was delayed late into the night (and eventually cancelled...) She was super helpful and went over and above! Huge villa with wonderful private pool and fab hot spa. Private garage for parking Comfortable beds, sofas and everything you need plus more!

Everything was great. Lots of little extra things like yoga mats, snacks and wine. The property managers were so cheerful and helpful.

The wine basket was an awesome gesture but it was 5.5% abv. Gave my wife and I a headache and heartburn. Skip the wine basket. However the free water and the coffee cake and fruit were very good. Thank you.

The welcome basket was nice but honestly we didn't use much of it. The private hot tub and pool was amazing. The rooms were perfect and the beds were so comfortable. We used the TV once or twice to watch a movie on Netflix. The kitchen was awesome. I didn't even look at the main pool except from satellite view lol. First time but not the last time for sure.

We did not realize North Palm Springs gets so much wind during March. But that did not deter us from using the pool, spa and tennis court.

The property's kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook. They provided plenty of towels, soap, kitchen soap, paper towels and kleenex so we did not have to purchase those items. It is very conveniently located to downtown palm springs. The instruction book left for us was very helpful. It was great to have our own garage too.

Bath robes would have been nice.

Everything you might need was available - also they provided many treats and extras. Great water pressure, beautiful pool area, nice yard for a small dog. Quiet and comfortable for sleeping. Also, they didn't expect you to become a house keeper when leaving the property -- I am really tired of renting homes and then being expected to do laundry, clean the kitchen, run the dishwasher, etc.... Their check-out requests were reasonable and simple.
