BED in one of the rooms

I stay for 5 days each day I changed rooms out of the 4 rooms I stay only one was not an example of the other very well-kept room especially the bed it suck down in the middle but overall, I would tell others and I would stay again. I can't forget to tell who the best was multitask Manger with a true meaning of making sure you are well taking care of LYNNE thank you for everything and I wanted You to Know that you are GOAT at Palm Suits.

wish the view was a little better. From the rooms on the back side have a great view. The little boardwalk was adorable. I really did not dislike anything about it.

the location was wonderful. we walked to the beach and restaurants. It was only a short drive to the prier and the fort. It was very quite during our stay. The room was very clean and cute. I will most certainly book there again.

They are renovating this property. We were in one of the newly re-done rooms and it was nice, and had a little sitting area. It was also nice to have a fridge and micro since breakfast was not included. Our view was the parking lot side, but that was fine because the weather was too cool to sit out on the tiny balcony. This was off-season, so the area and hotel were pleasantly not busy. The desk attendant provided suggestions for where to eat. And we enjoyed visiting Fort Macon up the road. This is not a fancy hotel, but it was clean, convenient, and the price was right.

Some of the construction in the rooms is a bit dated. Tv locations could be a little better. Bathrooms look a bit old but everything worked well.

Location is great!! Beautiful view over the marsh and waterways. More affordable rate than almost all the other locations. Rooms are very clean, nicely decorated and have the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. Joey at the front desk is very nice and pleasant to talk to. Stayed here several times in April to complete a class at Carteret CC.

Mattresses are due to be replaced. Bathrooms could be due for a remodel. The door between shared rooms needed some work. Reported to the desk on checkout. There was some construction going on so maybe they were already working on this. The construction did not impact our stay in any way. However for a place to sleep and enjoy the beach it was fine.

No closet in unit- not a problem for a short stay but might be if staying longer.

Very nice spacious and comfortable condo unit with balcony overlooking the bird marshes. Nice helpful staff. Close to lots of good restaurants.

We found 2 very big roaches. Second night there was one on floor near baseboard, then very early morning before we were leaving another was on wall near AC. Husband killed 1st, but last one got away.

Was no breakfast. Location was fine. Was pretty clean.

The view was great and staff was helpful and friendly. The place needs updates to the bathroom and individual areas. Could also use blackout curtains for the lights right outside your window. Balcony was very small, pictures look bigger.

We booked two rooms and one was very nice, the other had not been completely cleaned prior to our stay. However, the staff worked quickly in fixing the situation and we enjoyed our stay.

As a smoker I enjoy having a designated place to smoke but wish it was a little closer to the door and had some protection from the elements.

Ice only on first floor kind of sucks. Also didn’t see signage for ice so I went up and down second floor then first floor to find it. Pizza was getting cold lol

Staff is wonderful! Unit could have been updated. Older tv, toilet seat was worn in spots, decor was dated. Bed was not very comfy and light cover over kitchen sink fell in the middle of the night.

Blow dryer was broken

The location was fantastic being in the middle of Fort Macon and the Pine Knoll Shores Aquarium. The staff was also very friendly. It was not a bad price for being at the beach.

The location was great. My spouse and I traveled from GA for a mini anniversary great away. The facility was was so nice and comfortable that we stayed and extra night.

Couldn’t take a shower the shower wouldn’t work ! Had to take a bath in the tub.
