Ivory tower rooms on the pool side get very noisy when there is an event at the pool. Decor/amenities seem somewhat outdated. Price hike during EDC weekend waa to be expected, still feels excessive, though.

Location with many rooms offering at least partial strip views. Fantasy tower rooms are very tastefully decorated. Great dining options and lively casino.

When you enter the hotel, they are using a very overwhelming, sweet smelling "house spray." In the halls, public rooms, the elevators, etcetera. I felt sorry for the personal that have to inhale this the whole day!! The other thing is when entering the hotel the awful, loud music!

Bathroom amenities could use some work, one of the shampoo dispensers fell off the shower wall, may want to replace the blow dryers too

Pool and cabanas were kept in great shape, room was clean, had good options for onsite food / entertainment and I liked that it was not right on the strip, it was more quiet and relaxing.

Nothing that I can think of.

The room is very roomy and beds are comfortable. I booked a King room, but they didn't have it when I checked in so settled in a two queen room. The facilities seem great, but I didn't have a chance to use any as I'm exhausted after each day at the conference. Parking is convenient (and free!) and is always available. I'd come back for personal trips too!

The only thing I didn´t like was the pool area. It is very small and very crowded. It looked more like human soup than fun. I didn´t use it as it was simply too full.

The location was not on the strip. The room could’ve been a bit cleaner (bathroom). The sink clogged up and we did have to wait a couple of hours to have the situation rectified

We didn't like that the pool area was so sectioned off. I didn't feel like having a fun time when there were so many restrictions. Would have been nice to get some little complimentary free treats from the hotel, a coupon for a restaurant, or some chocolate or something.

We liked the service and the friendly and helpful staff. We liked the casino floor and everything was clean and kept well. Lots of security was nice. Room was clean.

Some areas of property are showing some age, but that it is being pretty picky. This is a great value stay as the rooms were very comfortable and recently updated themselves.

Played long/well enough to be comped breakfast buffet every day of our stay. Food was very good and great variety of items. Serrano cafe is also a great option with gigantic portions.

Fridge needs room for other items and not just the mini bar, coffee needs to be included in the room fee, charging 2.15 for crappy hotel coffee is a little petty, beds were too low and soft. Resort fee needs to be stated on the booking page.

Pool was closed for the season. location was great, very close to the strip but away from the craziness of the strip. the Uber ride very convenient and cheap. I totally recommend this place.

Like most hotels in Vegas, they charge a "resort fee" (this one was $44) but I never used the pool, didn't need the WiFi, and had to pay $1.50/page to have some emails printed out for me in the business center.

Checkin was swift, I was offered an upgraded room (which was huge and immaculate), and the valet parking was gratis. The location off the strip was so nice to have (away from the hustle) and the onsite restaurants provided a great array of options.
