Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Would have appreciated a kettle and fridge (minibar was apparently on sensors, which meant you cannot move anything without being charged). Was unclear if we had access to the pool or not (we didn't go as thought this was an extra charge, however apparently this should have been covered by the mandatory "resort fee"). The bathroom was pretty basic and a little dirty.
Room was fine. Nice to be able to stay in a large casino hotel for a reasonable price

the walk to the strip is a bit sketchy on a bridge bus busy highway. we took an Uber to return.
the property was clean. the room, bed and bathroom were very clean and updated. it was a quiet night. nice quiet spa with a mediation/yoga room open to all guests ( the only quiet area with no music if you need that) .

Pool was nice, but seemed odd that we had a resort fee and the cabanas were extra. oh well. the drink at the pool were wonderful, but seemed a bit pricey.
check in was easy - friendly and helpful staff. Loved having the McDonalds as an option for a quick bite and drink.

Ivory tower rooms on the pool side get very noisy when there is an event at the pool. Decor/amenities seem somewhat outdated. Price hike during EDC weekend waa to be expected, still feels excessive, though.
Location with many rooms offering at least partial strip views. Fantasy tower rooms are very tastefully decorated. Great dining options and lively casino.

When you enter the hotel, they are using a very overwhelming, sweet smelling "house spray." In the halls, public rooms, the elevators, etcetera. I felt sorry for the personal that have to inhale this the whole day!! The other thing is when entering the hotel the awful, loud music!
Space of the room. Very comfortable bed. The room was quiet.

Bathroom amenities could use some work, one of the shampoo dispensers fell off the shower wall, may want to replace the blow dryers too
Pool and cabanas were kept in great shape, room was clean, had good options for onsite food / entertainment and I liked that it was not right on the strip, it was more quiet and relaxing.

Nothing that I can think of.
The room is very roomy and beds are comfortable. I booked a King room, but they didn't have it when I checked in so settled in a two queen room. The facilities seem great, but I didn't have a chance to use any as I'm exhausted after each day at the conference. Parking is convenient (and free!) and is always available. I'd come back for personal trips too!

The only thing I didn´t like was the pool area. It is very small and very crowded. It looked more like human soup than fun. I didn´t use it as it was simply too full.
The staff was very friendly. The room spacious and clean.

The location was not on the strip. The room could’ve been a bit cleaner (bathroom). The sink clogged up and we did have to wait a couple of hours to have the situation rectified
The staff were great and the room was comfortable and the staff helped with a room issue.

We didn't like that the pool area was so sectioned off. I didn't feel like having a fun time when there were so many restrictions. Would have been nice to get some little complimentary free treats from the hotel, a coupon for a restaurant, or some chocolate or something.
We liked the service and the friendly and helpful staff. We liked the casino floor and everything was clean and kept well. Lots of security was nice. Room was clean.

how far it was from the strip.
clean, rooms nice size , staff was helpful and friendly. Casino didn't smell overwhelmingly of smoke. There are quite a few options of eateries.

The seating was a bit odd, with limited lounge chairs and shade. I found that to be a little surprising.
