The low lighting in the halls. I would have preferred the halls to have more lights, it was somewhat dark. And it is not listed on the Uber app, which is surprising. You can get an Uber near where you are but not exactly.

The location was right near where I needed to be. All within walking distance of food and other attractions. The Room was as advertised, clean and well designed.

The Location is the most valuable part for the price you paid. The BART and Bus station are literally around the corner. The convenience it best part of this Hotel ,with Trader Joe just next to the G floor door

We were EXTREMELY disappointed about the amenities - especially since there was an additional charge for them. Free wifi is not unique, coffee/tea service was not special and the TV choices were TERRIBLE! When I inquired at the front desk I was told it had to do with the vendor you contract with. We were not willing to pay $20 to rent a movie and feel we should have been “comped” one as the room rate is very high.

The room was very nice and the perfect set up to have because we brought our foreign exchange student and having a door between us gave us all privacy. The large shower was great as we are very tall.

Was surprised when they took a refundable $100 a night at check in, to cover incidentals, only to find mini bar in room was empty. At check in (Sat) we were given a $10 voucher that could be used at the bar/restaurant. When we went it was closed, as it is every Sunday and Monday apparently. It would have been nice to have been made aware of this before booking or even at check in.

Staff were friendly and the room was nice/ comfortable and very clean. Location was great, very central.

Being charged an extra $39.90. Ridiculous! When I queried this I was informed it was for Wifi and tea and coffee. That is a lot of Wifi & tea & coffee for 3 people over 1 night. Why are these costs not built into the quoted price, not lurking in the Small print. It was a nice hotel , great staff and a perfect location. However, we had stayed 1 night in another hotel in the same area 2 weeks prior and our bill was $200 cheaper. Thanks Hotel Zelos, I won’t be back. Felt a bit ripped off!

Even though location was very good there were so much homeless people around the hotel. In the early morming and late nights it can be scary.

Our room was spacious. There were plenty of places. Bathroom was nice. There was an ice/water dispencer on our floor. In general we liked the hotel. Location was also veey good.

Outside the hotel there are many poor, homeless people. I guess this is not a problem your company can solve, but the city of SF and the society as a whole.

The staff at the reception was friendly even at arrival closer to midnight. The room was well arranged and every day very well cleaned. A very comfortable experience, thank you!
