We had a lovely welcome message from the hotel and greeted by very helpful and friendly staff couldn’t do enough to help and we even had a upgrade and a bottle of Prosecco and card for our wedding anniversary in the room from them which was a very special touch brilliant hospitality and stay will love to return great location too Thankyou all so much.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. It was in a central location-15 minute to Pike Place Market and 40 minute walk to T-Mobile Park. The fitness centre is open 24/7. Complimentary wine reception from 5-7pm!

Very thin toilet paper. I recommend that you change this to make feel more luxurious. Also, the pillows went flat immediately. I recommend better pillows or alterative pillows.

Great hotel, room and restaurant. David the Valet and the front desk staff were great. Restaurant was very good for breakfast. Cold water at front desk and warm towels.

The room I had was in the corner close to some other rooms and could either housekeeping or other guests were a bit noisy late morning. Could also hear noise from the street. I didn't mind too much but it's not perfectly quiet.

Excellent location, staff were super helpful and courteous, hotel was very nice. Had a view of the space needle. Bus and trolley stop right across the street and there's a whole foods right downstairs.

When we first entered our room, there was a strong body odor smell. When we asked for air freshener at the front desk and they just switched our rooms to a new one. The other thing is the fitness center is not in the same building as the hotel. You need to go to the building next door.

The location is great. We easily walked to the Climate Pledge arena, the Space Needle and Pike Place Market from the hotel. It was also very convenient having the grocery market right beside the hotel. We also really enjoyed the complimentary happy hour drink our first night after a long drive to Seattle.

I would have liked a pool. Keurig coffee pods made poor coffee compared to the fresh brew in the lobby (same brand).

Very clean, excellent concierge and valet staff, wine reception and beverages (coffee, iced tea, water) complimentary in the lobby), restaurant dining was fine food and service.

We liked everything about the hotel that is why we book regularly when we’re in Seattle.

It is a nice hotel that is conveniently located near the areas we visit (Jazz Alley).

Valet parking was too expensive so we parked offsite which was fine but added complexity

I booked a room with a view of the space needle and it was truly striking. The room is well appointed. I like the Balmain toiletries. The tub was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and checking in was quick and easy
