Facilities were aged. I thought the price was a little high for the age. TV wall mount was broken and TV kept tilting. Desk chair wheels didn’t roll.

It was reasonably clean, but the bed was old and soft in the middle. Dead tree in one area, leaves all over the floor. The ‘secure’ door outside was not. It did not close completely. The gravy was lukewarm warm.

Only found fruit and coffee/tea for diabetics. Lots of processed foods, cereals, breakfast sandwiches, biscuits and gravy, pop tarts, etc.. Need protein (meats, eggs etc) and fiber, which fruit has.

Comfortable room and bed. A 2nd chair not a desk chair would have been nice. Need to raise feet often but not always in bed.

A little dated furniture and rooms.

Good location for our needs as we were visiting friends in the rural areas outside of Kansas City. This was the closest hotel. 24 hour desk was convenient for our late arrival. Staff was kind and helpful at check in, when needed, and at check out. Luggage carts were available. Included breakfast was adequate

I called Paola Inn to change my dates which they did and I was told the price would remain the same. But Booking.com charged me more than I originally was quoted. Very disappointed by this.

The property could stand a little updating. My son was intrigued that the vending machine didn’t accept credit cards.

The ONLY reason I'm rating this a 9 is because the bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn't drain properly, otherwise it was an incredible stay.

The entire Inn was very clean and well organized. I really like this place and will back on future trips to Paola, KS.

Smoking bench right in the front entrance - felt a little uncomfortable to walk through the smokers to the front desk.

I really wish that the separate bedroom had it's own PTAC, because our space was rather warm at night while the kids were a bit chilly in their space.

I loved that the suite had a separate room for my andy spouse and the kids could sleep in their own space. The staff were all amazingly helpful and friendly. The workout space was not being used so I was able to workout with no one else around, even if it was a bit crowded with the spare fold out beds.

Internet! We couldn’t stream any shows or movies because it kept going in and out. Live TV wasn’t much better. Breakfast! I’m a diabetic and you don’t really offer anything I can eat. I brought my own breakfast and microwaved it in the room. The first morning there was a large group in the breakfast area and nobody seemed to notice things we’re running out. The only thing I could have was coffee and and orange and there wasn’t any coffee. My husband did ask at the front desk if there was any way I could get some.

The staff has always been nice, always helpful. The location is great. The rooms are usually clean and comfortable.
