Ac wasn't fully cooling the rooms Wifi spoty. No soap Top covers had water stains No TV remote ( and when asked was told we'll bring it to you and no follow up. Water was turned off middle of the night with no warning Remodeling at night hammering late hours

First of all it is ran by kids, they are so unprofessional, the first room I was in the card didn’t work so I went back to the front desk and a 6 year old asked me what I needed. His mom finally came and fixed my card. Then a/c was giving problems I went to the front desk to let them know the kid(different kid, maybe 12) said he will send someone to get it out, didn’t know my room # but was going to send someone. No one ever came. Went back and asked to speak with his mom he left came back and said she said what do you want ! I said I need a new room! He said I don’t think I can do that what’s wrong? I told him him you were supposed to send someone to check my ac he said ok I’ll give you a new room. Moved all my stuff to the new only to have the same problem. Told the lady about it only to get an attitude with me and say well you booked online deal with get your refund from them!

We arrived and had already booked and paid hours before. Went to check in and listened to two kids screaming at each other for a few minutes till the person arrived. The room we were checked into wasn't clean and we were put into another room. The shower curtain was molded half way up. (Didn't notice this for a while) The bath tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month Then we still give it a shot as I had driven 8 hours to get there and was tired. I fell asleep and woke up to my nephew freaking out because 🪳 were crawling on the food. I woke up at 2 am and left. I couldnt take it any longer.

The bed wasn't bad. Seemed clean until we looked up and saw cockroach crawling on the table.

The room has bugs they didn't fully remodel so the rooms still have old furniture old ac units from no microwaves also no room service holes in wall behind the door bottom of bathroom door almost completely off

There were bugs in the room, furniture and fixtures were broken, the microwave cord wasn’t long enough to reach the plug, the floor was dirty, there were no towels in the bathroom, there was no trash can in the room. It was awful!!!

There is nothing we didn't like there. Everything was wonderful.

The staff were wonderful. Everyone there made us feel so welcome. The rooms are nice and have a fridge and microwave. Our dog was so happy there too. We are definitely going to book another family trip there. There prices are very affordable and the atmosphere there is like a home. We are so very thankful to everyone there.

A 15 yr.old kid working the front desk. With a gun on the counter. The place is falling apart. Workers were working out side my door till 10pm. Then someone came in my room at midnight. Seem to be the owners.

The whole experience

I was charged through booking.com for the room. Then the employee at the front desk for rated us I paid on booking.com, and the employee made us pay at check-in. And then we were charged when we checked out so we ended up paying double for a room that was nasty and uncomfortable. this hotel does not be need to be onbooking.com.

Photos online looked nothing like the actual hotel. Room smelled of smoke...roach in the toilet. Weird activity going on outside. Had serious concerns about leaving my vehicle outside unattended so I left.

They are fraudulently advertising their breakfast they're fraudulently advertising the cleanliness of their facility there was no pool as stated in some of the reviews there was a huge pile of trash with old mattresses and the back of the parking lot there were holes in the wall where it appears there used to be a light fixture it was very dirty the staff was very rude the TV didn't work it didn't even come on when I because there's no phone in the room I had to get dressed walk to the front wait for somebody to come to the desk and I was told that maintenance will be right there maintenance never showed up it is owned by a husband and wife they live there on the premises I told them the TV wasn't working she said maintenance will come she never came I was greeted by a very rude hotel employee that stated that if I didn't like the facility I could pack up my blankety blank and leave horrible experience maintenance never came to fix the television

The breakfast was absolutely a fraud they had cold coffee they had a box of generic cereal on the counter and paper bowls so I don't know who they're paying to do the Google reviews for The breakfast cuz I'm telling you it's an absolute fraud it was a box of cereal and paper bowls and two containers of cold coffee they had no creamer they had nothing and when I had mentioned that the owner had said well each day we have something different but on the Google reviews clearly if you read them all they're clearly pasted from another website and another company that has the same name as this hotel because this hotel does not have a breakfast

Uncomfortable stay, strange people at our doors all night that didn’t speak English. Strange noises continuously. No television in room. Kept calling front, they sent no one after saying they would. Room disgusting. Leaking tub. Drug addicts everywhere. The owners live out of the place. Came to the fridge during check in with no clothes or shoes on. The lady checking me in kept typing my name into Facebook search and google engine. Very creepy place, never again. I don’t know how we survived the night.

This property is dangerous and a disgrace.
