The service charge for my 3 nights. I was charged $17.50 for each night for the cleaning of my room, but (their rules is to clean the rooms every 3 days) so for my stay my room was not going to be clean). Also their is $20 parking fee for each night which was noted when I did my reservation

Needs a lot of TLC. Fan makes noise, needs paint, no counter space in bathroom or kitchen. Had to go to office to get a box of dishes, otherwise does not even have a drinking glass. Supposed to be cleaned every 3 days but had to call for the cleaning. Right on the boardwalk but no chairs or patio furniture. Please put up a little money and buy some cheap plastic chairs so customers can enjoy the place!!!

The room was very dark. There were no bedside lights. It didn't do much good to open drapes to expose windows because they were either filthy or painted over. Not a whole lot of close, available parking. We got a parking ticket right after we got to location, trying to unpack car.

The beach location was perfect. The facility in general could really use some attention. But, anything negative we had to deal with, the staff was right on top of things to fix it. Very attentive staff! We absolutely loved the boardwalk, which came as a very pleasant surprise, since we weren't aware of it when booking.

The bathroom is extremely small without enough lights in the room. I didn’t get an option to choose the oceanview room. The staff members were extremely rude and seemed to dislike everyone.

Internet room and pictures were deceiving. We didn't have tile/marble floors, they were vinyl. Bathroom was not clean on arrival. Only had 1 towel so I had to go to front office to get one because although I called to request one it never arrived. There was no fan, no safe. I requested maid service and all they did was place towels and toilet paper on the chair. Room humidity was horrible causing paint to chip off walls. Bathroom needs to be updated. Water was seeping through floor. This whole building needs repairs. Queen studio suite is not what I would call this room.

I asked for 1pm early check in weeks in advance, especially in light of my early departure the next morning at 6am. I didn't get the breakfast also and thought my request would be accommodated. When I arrived, the staff acted like they hadn't read my emails and said nothing would be clean until 4pm. Suddenly they "found someone else's room" if I wanted to pay $20 more.

It's located in a terrible neighborhood. Lots of homelessness and people walking around with shopping carts, taking garbage from the cans. The hotel property is very old and in poor condition. Broken windows, scrapes and missing paint on the walls, lights not working, etc.

Great location in front of the beach. For the price, it was an ok deal if you need something short-term, close to the beach, and very affordable

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

Door lock did not work. Door needed a new seal lots of daylight showing thru. AC was not very cold but was manageable. It was an older AC unit that needed replaced. Could have used some finishing touches in the bathroom. Shower didn’t have hot water but sink did. Pools did not have circulating water in them. Over all facility just needs some paint and it would look so much better. Just little improvements would help make it an excellent rating. Rental umbrella and Towel exchange hut closed 2 of the days we were there. don’t get me wrong, I still would go back. Just offering important opportunities.

Location to restaurants and beach was excellent. Room size was fine. Really liked having a kitchenette in the room. We did use the beach towel service. That was nice.

It is very dated, needs a lot of repairs, & very minimal. Our king deluxe room didn't have a dresser or shelf anywhere, & it was really small. I do mean small. The bed took up most of the space. The front desk didn't let us know that nothing (ex. paper towels) would be provided for the kitchenette & during check-in, it would've been nice to know we had to request the pots/pans, etc. while there.

TOP NOTCH LOCATION!! Literal steps away from sand. Furthermore, it was super close to shops & food. If you're looking for a simple, basic room to provide a clean place to shower & sleep, this would be a good choice. Location was important to us, so we appreciated that aspect.

had a kitchenette but no kitchen items, not even glasses. There was a sign that said you could get items at front desk. would have been nice if they at least provided some plastic cups for the price. they also charged a $100 deposit. not really sure the purpose of that.

Steps to the beach. convenient to restaurants and activities. Rooms were clean and updated. Desk staff very friendly and helpful

very noisy as people walk by and room was not clean. sink didn’t drain. Asked for a refund of late checkout fee due to us leaving at normal checkout and was told no and grab a towel from store instead.
