I was charged more than what was verbally agreed upon with the booking.com agent.

We prepared our own breakfast. The location was very good, it met our needs. The booking.com for an extra nights stay was false. My debit card was charged sixty(60) dollars more than what was verbally agreed upon. Please review your recorded conversation I had with your agent.

The parking deck was too small, but parking across the street was not too far from the hotel.

I looooved this resort. They were able to honor my request to be on a lower floor with no change in the cost. I had a deluxe suite which came with a kitchen. The room was extremely clean, and the bed was outstandingly comfortable. Even though there were small guest and college students, the resort was very quiet.

AC wouldn't get as cold as we like, to describe this room as ocean view was laughable. Cleaning services were hit or miss. Needed towels at 11:00 pm but no one ever answered guest services phone. Vanity lights in the bathroom were so hot there were burn marks on the ceiling.

On the beach, local to everything we do, off season so not crowded at all.

The view was great. The room was clean, roomy, and cozy, and I wanted to stay longer, lol. Staff was attentive and responsive, but not annoying. I didn't see anyone in the morning cleaning rushing me out of the room

I did not like the fact that we seen a roach, other than that it was a great stay. We were right on the beach and a a great view. We enjoyed the karaoke.

We understand renovations are underway but some areas (garage, elevator floors etc.) feel a bit grungy. Our unit - 803 is in need of updating.

Room - very good, bed - very good. Cleanliness - excellent! Staff - beyond good and attentive - excellent. Very quick to respond, courteous, knowledgeable and attentive!!! Especially Janet Nesbitt at the front desk. Janet is exceptional and a very rare commodity in hospitality these days. Also "J" at the Tiki bar - kind, friendly and attentive. Hard to find people of this quality today!

Our stay was legit perfect until we came across a man that works for the hotel he may be security/maintenance or something. We were there from Friday-Tuesday the entire day and night Monday he was being extremely rude aggressive and annoying to the point I had to go to the front desk and ask someone to tell him off .

The breakfast could be a whole lot better especially given the price also the drinks that were made weren’t that great either.

The first two days, it was difficult to use the balcony because of the smell of marijuana from outside. Water was leaking from the upstairs apartment and our balcony and although the response from staff was timely it was a big inconvenience. Also, I realize it’s off-season our enjoyment of the room was greatly inhibited for two consecutive days because of extensive remodeling being done to the unit directly above our.

The room itself is wonderful as well as the facilities and the easy access to parking. The staff was polite and over the course of the week I met over a dozen of them. They were all excellent ambassadors of your hotel especially loved access to the beach.

This was my first time as this hotel I really enjoyed my self the hotel was in a great area close to everything. The hotel was very clean and I felt very safe.

The restaurant closed at 10am, didn't know that you had to order from the tiki hut until 7 didn't visit the tiki hut but once for a drink for my husband.

Karaoke but I never got to do it I was always late. Kids love the pools.

I feel that the price that was paid for the weekend should have included breakfast being free. Alot of other hotels/resorts have breakfast free in the price. Also I feel that children should be supervised around the pool area. The adults couldn’t spend time in the pools because of the children rough playing. We couldn’t get into the lazy river at all and the lazy river on your webpage is really what made our decision to choose paradise resort.
