Our stay was 11 days. No fresh towels or trash emptying for first 2 days, we called front desk & towel were brought up. Trash had to call again for pickup. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Room was only swept after our request.

Location right on Myrtle Beach, accessible to nearby attractions. Room was good sized with a full kitchen & dishwasher. Bed was okay, closet space & bedroom bureau were good sized. Bathroom was good sized with vanity drawers & storage below sink.

The bedding could have been cleaner. Both beds in the room we stayed in were a little dusty and had a few hairs on them. The coffee and coffee maker provided in the room were both very sad but this is a very minor gripe as I am sure there are lots of amazing places in the area to get coffee if you want any.

Everyone working there was so friendly, from the front desk to the tiki hut and the plumbers that came to help us with a minor issue with our shower. We loved the easy access to the beach and while we did not have a car with us it looked as though there was plenty of parking available for guests who did bring cars. We loved the balcony and I think the "partial-ocean view" was accurate! The free wi-fi worked very well, I was able to have a video call with no issue. While we did not make use of the lazy river or hot tub, both looked very fun.

The door to our room would only close completely by slamming it shut! Upon arrival we were guided over to a gentleman who preceded to offer us some perks if we would attend a class about Wyndam Hotels and at first we were interested and was at the end of signing up for the deal when he asked for a credit card to be put on file in case we did not show up, I was somewhat offended but also do not hand over my credit card info easily so we decided not to do it. Well he was pleasant up to that point, but did a 360 and was extremely rude! Which was not a great start for our stay. The only other problem we had was that we had to request fresh towels even though we were suppose to get them daily.

Room was extremely comfortable. Our room was close to garage parking which was a plus since I am a smoker, but it would have been even better if you had some kind of chair for smokers to use. Enjoyed use of towels at the poolside. Very happy that people were not allowed to save chairs hours before they were going to use them.

I don’t care for heated pools and it stated that the pool was outside; it’s not. The TV in the room was exceptionally small?!

Nothing to do with resort but Biker week had road closures on S. Ocean Blvd which was a major inconvenience for 2 days and loud bikes and traffic congestion on a major weekend !!

Floors were really dirty upon arrival and our last night there a big group of loud boys was booked in the room next to us and they were up all night drinking and partying. We didn’t get any sleep that night. I didn’t say anything though because I didn’t want to be a Karen.

This was our 2nd time staying here. We decided to take a 2 day getaway and the first night I flew in after midnight and called early to let staff know I was going to be late but was worried about not being able to check in. I have a 17 month old baby. Staff assured we would be just fine and the lady at the desk was super nice! The beach was perfect, breakfast was good and staff was wonderful as always! We won’t be staying at this property again when we come back in August but will always come to paradise when we want a little short getaway!

The parking garage was kinda tight. Our room wasn’t cleaned very well. The sheets were clean. But the floors needed to be swept and the rugs needed to be vacuumed. The previous vacationers must have broken a bracelet because there were seed beads and other beads found through the rooms. The worst part about our stay was the smell of weed! Good God I got a contact high every time I went outside. It was ridiculous.

The only thing I really could complain about is the lack of parking in the evening. Having 3 kids and having to park a block or 2 away if the small garage is full made it a little hectic. Especially if you need to bring in souvenirs and diaper bags and what not. But the resort as a whole was fantastic. Can’t wait to come back.

I loved how family friendly it was and the location right in the beach. Going from the room to the beach and pools were super easy and the view was amazing.

I think the only thing was how tight the parking garage is. Other than that we really enjoyed everything!

The location was wonderful! Right by the beach, and within walking distance of a mini mart and a few restaurants. We could see some of the mini golf facilities as well.

There was nothing that i didn't like. I wish I could have stayed longer. Truly a great experience and our whole family feels the same way!

it was just amazing - we were celebrating my daughter's college graduation and at check in i mentioned it to the front desk agent and she offered to put a message on the marquis! it was so sweet and special and we really appreciated it. All the facilities here are CLEAN!!! pools were perfect and you can tell the staff takes pride in their work. Every single staff member we saw smiled and said hello. I couldn't be more pleased and this will now be my go to vacation spot!!!
