For one, our room wasn't cleaned properly. We had cigarette ashes on the floor. Our room smelled like smoke. The floor hadn't been vacuumed. We had neighbors from hell on night 2. Our TV kept going in and out. The furniture is dated and horrible

They only had 2 sets of towels and wash clothes in the bathroom. Called for more. They didn’t bring them. There was no hot water to shower.

the casino in not well maintained, not enough staff and the staff there is not vert knowledgeable, and over half the machines were not working properly.

Sports bar restaurant in the casino overcharged me called the waitress. She said it was a mistake and then we ordered a margarita that she charged $18 for and had no alcohol in it whatsoever. It taste like lemonade and I told her it’s not a margarita so wife didn’t drink it? I asked them to remake it or just take it off the bill she said no the only thing they could do for me was to add an extra shot of alcohol in it. I said what does them know alcohol and I said we only took one sip right if she brought it to us but she wanted to charge us for it again and they would not take it off. The bill help us And the people at the sports bar were standing around looks like the manager. He was just flirting with the waitresses and sitting there and eating the condiments off the bar.

For a family vacation not the best place. Pool closes early only for adults in evenings. We were told to leave even though we were the only ones utilizing the area, not one adult was in the pool. Couldn’t go to casino for too long bc they closed the daycare early at 9:30pm the night we stayed.

This stay we were upgraded to the Atrium room,the room was very nice and nice balcony, went to bed and the noise started! About 10 people on the first floor, in front of our room , were drinking at the bar and talking so loud, screaming , this went on until 1:00 AM, will never stay in an atrium room again. We will stay there again ,

The Kids Quest closed a little earlier than advertised. The room had quiet a bit of dog hair on the carpet, I found a ball of hair in the restroom and the tub needed to be better cleaned (it was brown in the middle). I mentioned the carpet to a cleaning lady, she looked like she went back to look at our room but didn't seem like it was cleaned, the same hair was still there. Not sure if maybe she didn't see it? The pool is only open until 8pm M-TH for the kids (Adults only after 8pm), which sucked considering their kids quest closed earlier than expected. There was no one in the pool area swimming and we got kicked out, we walked by later at 930pm and still no one was swimming.

I loved this Casino better than Coushatta. It didn't stink too much like cigarettes and the indoor pool was awesome! The pool indoor is heated which saved us with the kids since the kids quest didn't open til 3pm. The room was spacious and the bathroom was roomy. Front staff and casino staff was friendly!

My bathroom was too clean, the shower still had dirty in the bottom from dirty foot prints. I also felt some biting in my bed throughout the night.

Water pressure was too low. Smelled cigarette smoke (or remnants of smoke) everywhere. It wasn’t strong but it was pervasive.
