its a nice place and the staff is understanding and accomodating. the gators are pretty cool and most amenities are 24 hours.

Y'all need to lift the covid restrictions. They've been lifted for a good while in north Louisiana. We couldn't even get our room cleaned because of it!

Guests slamming doors and hanging out in the hallways talking at all hours. Had to request more towels as there was only one. Security lock in one room was missing. This resort needs some serious attention.

Kids stared thru our window while we were watchin TV one morning. No other rooms were available. We made the best of it but i was disappointed.

United States of America1 review“Fun with our family. Nice pool area to relax.”The first room that we were given had a very strong smoke smell. They did accomodate and change our room to a non smoking room which still had a slight smoke smell. BUT it is a casino hotel.
Room was large. Comfortable bed. Relaxing pool areas. Movie theater on premises and prices were very reasonable.

United States of America1 review“Over all my stay was good”The room I stayed in didn’t look clean enough. It made me feel like I was at a super8 motel. Rust in the tub, stains on the carpet, no remote for the TV. When I looked out my window, my view was a wall an a/c unit. I wasn’t pleased with the room at all.
I enjoyed my time at the indoor pool, and also the casino, everything was nice and fun.
