Seeing 2 bugs in 5he bathroom, and stuffiness of my room.

I really enjoyed the hotel staff. I saw a couple bugs in my room praying that I did not bring any home. Plus the room is a little stuffy. But the hotel staff made up for it. I can't remember my contact person at the front desk name I want to say Sandra but not sure Kenny and the restaurant was great.

I felt the overall cleanliness of the room could use some improvement. Noticed some of the curtains were dirty. The sofa wasn't the best, worn and dirty looking with sinking cushions. We found an old takeout container under the bed that was nauseating. The bed was comfortable, but creaky.

There were a couple of small issues with the room, as soon as staff was notified, the issues were fixed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Reuben was a delight, so helpful and courteous. The room was very spacious and loved the windows in our corner-king room. We were close to the elevator, which is usually a bad thing, but was okay. Due to the location, we were within walking distance of the French Quarter and other attractions/locations. Cafe at the Square has great food and excellent service! We're going to miss Doug :)

Key card was temperamental and took a few days to work out the side lights

Perfect for mardi gras parades and well worth paying extra for the balcony. Great location for walking to French Quarter or getting the streetcar. Good big supermarket around the corner and fridge/microwave in the room

It was far too busy for people that were not in the lobby. There was no valet like described in my confirmation email. We were unable to take luggage carts to get our stuff because of the people outside. The shower was very confusing and did not get hot.

I like that we were on the parade path and not too far of a walk to the French Quarter.

The bed was too firm for my taste. It needs to be updated. And some of the appliances are also showing their age and need to be updated as well.

Staff was very accommodating. The location was also great.

There was no bottled water available the entire weekend. Valet is a bit steep. We asked for a refund prior to coming and the staff refused to cooperate with Booking.com. We wanted to cancel because our event had been canceled. Since they would not accept bookings offer to cancel we went and enjoyed the weekend in New Orleans. Made lemonade from the lemons.

The key cards were exceptionally hard to unlock our door and the doors of those traveling with us. Very frustrating.

A little peeved they did away with self parking which was cheaper than the 45 a day valet fee.

Good location, you can visit bourbon street and when you’re done go away from the chaos. The staff also went ahead and upgraded our standard room to a sweet and no extra charge.

Because the hotel was completely full, we were not able to get maintenance on our toilet. The front desk was very nice and kind when we reported it. We were still able to use the toilet when we were in the room. Since we were mainly there to sleep it wasn't a big deal.

The price and location were really good. It's in a space that is quiet and cozy but not too far from excitement in all directions.

My room was facing St. Charles so you would hear the trolley all night long. One of the beds has a divet in the middle and the other was very squeky every time you moved around.

Pleased with location. Poured rain day of leaving...got stuck in rain returning from lunch. We got soaked. Front desk gave us towels to dry off.

Our room was clean and had everything we needed. We used the coffee maker and refrigerator and desk. Bathroom had all the essential stuff. We were perfect walking distance to everything WW2 museum, convention center, French Quarter, and more.
