The rooms could be vacuumed a lot better and the bathroom and the whole room could be painted and some drywall touched up

Air conditioning was broken in the room and it made the place extremely hot and humid especially after using the jetted tub. Missing curtains which for privacy sake had us hanging bedding in the window.

no usb outlets to charge phone, airconditioner didn't work in one of the rooms, but being spring it wasn't so bad.

The pool was under renovation, the floors need swept, breakfast was the bare minimum and gross, and they used to have a restaurant that served awesome food -- but now only serve alcohol.

The was a light, in the middle of the headboard and the light was broken. Could of been a fire hazard.

Well the pool, and the hot tub was closed and they still charged the same rate. Which I think is wild. Considering most people go to hotels for those two amenities. I went there growing up all the time and everything is still the same. The rooms are so outdated. The bathroom was also so small. Definitely not fat friendly that’s for sure.

I liked the jacuzzi in the room.

Room 237 was outdated with missing light fixtures, a toilet that ran non-stop, and the whirlpool didn't work properly.

The staff was amazing. Check-in was quick and easy and friendly. The room was not good, however. We went to the bar for a drink later and were talking to the bartender and mentioned it. She apologized and a few minutes later came back from the office with a key to a different room. This room turned out to be much better with everything in working order and comfortable. I returned the original key to the front desk, and the young lady was very nice and apologetic and said to be sure to let them know if we needed anything. We ran into the maid in the hall, who smiled and said hello. These employees made what could have been a terrible experience into a pleasant stay.

I noticed there were something’s in my room that needed fixed and the pool wasn’t open for my stay witch sucked but I understood why

My credit card was double charged for my deposit during check-in. I messaged the property ahead of time asking if the bar would be open during my stay and they said that it would be. But upon arrival I was notified that the bar would not be open.

The hot tub in the room was excellent.

Asked for extra towels and pillows when booked online and never received them. No utensil packs in room, no accommodations, cleaning crew could use an upgrade.

There were absolutely no clean towels is the pool area on the evening of the 9th. we were not the only family to complain within an hours time. The shower looked extremely dirty and the water smelled of dirt. It was really gross honestly.

Emergency doors for easy access to personal vehicles. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating.

old, dirty, no breakfast. weird people in the parking lot made playing music, drinking and lighting off fireworks til 3am in morning. not sure if they were hotel guest or just random, but I thought hotel staff should have told them to leave the parking lot as our room other guests windows were very close to their parking lot party.

The room was nice but the bathroom was very dirty and the white shower curtain has nasty stuff all over it. Tub was so dirty on the bottom
