Room too small, not arranged well, not able to watch TV from dining table(also too small) sofa too close to bed and tv. Roadside Motel, not bad for one night. The cabins are larger and much more comfortable, cost more.

Close to city, short drive to beach.

Pillows. Overpriced by about 20%. I was asked to tip housekeeping when I checked in—that put me off. Our room was clean as we expected and at no time did we integrate with or request additional housekeeping during our one night stay. In my view there was no additional or extraordinary service that warranted a tip particularly at checkin.

The location is outside of town, there is nothing walkable from there but the grounds are nice. Bathroom was a bit like showering in an RV, tight space and a low shower head. I had high expectations because of the good reviews, so I don't think it lived up to that, but overall is a totally decent motel experience. Check out time is too early (10:30a). Not into being asked to tip upon check-in without even seeing if the room is clean. Tip culture is already insane, I hope hotels don't start doing it like they do here.

Totally adequate motel experience. The property has a motel and multiple cabins on site. The motel is well maintained on the outside and fairly well preserved on the inside, but could stand for some refreshing, particularly in the bathroom which felt very pre-fab quality. You can tell they have made an effort to make the surroundings appealing. We stayed here purely because they allow dogs, but the per day fee ($25) is a bit high, so keep that in mind when shopping around.

There were some ants that were on the dresser. The heat could have been better.

Took forever for the water to heat up. Bed wasn't as comfortable as i like. Pet fee was per day...never experienced that before in any other stay. Always a flat fee no matter the length of stay.

Very cute motel and property! The room was spacious and cozy.

The bathroom was pretty small. Two things would vastly improve the experience. 1) a taller water faucet in the bathroom that you could get the coffee water receptacle under and 2) a lighted area by the coffee pot where one person can put on makeup while the other person brushes their teeth.

There’s a chance for noise to disrupt your sleep. However they provide ear plugs just in case.

We were quite put off by all the signage in the room listing prices for all the linens you might steal or damage, cost of repairing wholes in wall or glass windows. Ear plugs in room and sign to call office if too much noise in next room. What kind of people stay here? Do we really want to be in this kind of an establishment. Otherwise would recommend it highly.

Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the accommodations and exactly as pictured. Owner was very helpful. Very modern electronics. When I asked how to adjust temperature he could do it from his computer in the office. It was comfortable and reasonably quiet although fairly full.

One of the rooms really smelled like cooked seasoned rice like rice-o-roni, it wasn't bad just weird. They had a car charger but only for a tesla.

Nice roadside motel. Liked the interesting room configurations, great for our large group. Very close to the dunes. Loved the hot coco in the lobby and the cool lego house.
