Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast area was rather small and it was hard to find a spot to sit and eat, but we did come during spring break so that is likely why it was so packed.
I liked that breakfast was included and the staff were very friendly. Overall I was surprised by how nice and clean the room was. When we go to the mall of America again, I will book here.

Our tub was filthy when we checked in. There is no longer free parking while we travel. It’s actually more than the covered lot at the airport.
Great location, friendly staff. New, larger refrigerator.

Great location near Mall of America, IKEA, and light rail. Good breakfast and restaurants within walking distance. We stayed two nights for the Women's Big Ten Tournament and rode the train to the Target Center. Our room was quiet and spacious.

The carpeting was very outdated and stained in several spots. Our shower leaked constantly. Getting garbage emptied and new towels was a game of cat and mouse to find someone.
The location to the Mall of America is fantastic! We loved that there are two pools, as well as two hot tubs on this property. We also loved the two TVs in our king suite and the large refrigerator.

The carpet in our room was quite filthy.
Hot breakfast options were good. Having two pools and two hot tubs was great and the proximity to the Mall was perfect. Also great to be connected to IHOP

There was not much that I didnt like except for the fact that the property is older and in need of some updates like new carpet in rooms. As well as the pool area could also use some renovations as well.
The breakfast every day was excellent and offered gluten free choices. The location was perfect for going to the MOA, Twin Cities Outlet Mall, even going downtown and to the Science Museum was easy. I liked the size of our room as well as the fact there was two pools to use.

Breakfast food was okay but breakfast was served until 10:30 on weekend and 9:30 on Monday. At 10:30 on Sunday and 9:30 on Monday which happened to be a holiday so there were a lot of people with families staying there, the staff took food away even if people were still waiting in line and also immediately took the coffee away. I also saw the staff turn the TV when a woman was watching a show. They were rude and asked people to leave so they could clean up the area.
Great location next to the Mall of America and the Light Rail.

The sink was backed up in my room. Came back late & there was black water in it. Smelled like dirt.
Great location! Short walk with a breezeway (bonus if the weather is bad) to MOA. Breakfast was great with tons of options.

Our only issue was that the TV in our sitting area did not work.
Breakfast was good and there was a nice selection of foods. There was plenty of seating and food was replenished.

The beds were lumpy and you get half of a standard size pillow for your pillow. You do get two but it could’ve been a bigger and better quality pillow. The AC was also super loud and the thermostat only went down to 67 for cool air so it was pretty hot sleeping.
The hotel was super nice. Seemed to be safe and it was close to the Mall of America which was super super nice. Plus having free parking was amazing. The free breakfast was also pretty yummy!

Hotel is located in front of Mall of America and you can reach it from the airport by light rail. There is convenient a complimentary shuttle to the airport.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. Found hair on the couch and bathroom floor. The remote in our room didn't work so I had to work the TV by hand. We didn't use the swimming pool as it was super packed.
Staff is very friendly! The shuttle driver really went out of his way for us and everyone else he drove. The break fast was good nothing super big or fancy.

Some things could’ve been cleaned a little better in the room, but nothing too horrible.
The continental breakfast was great, a lot of variety, and it was delicious. The location was great, and the rooms were spacious. The staff there was so helpful and friendly.

The AC in our room was shut off, so it was 80 degrees. We turned it on and went over to the mall for some shopping. Got back a few hours later and the room had cooled down some, but did take to the next morning to get fully to 72.
Check in time was 4pm per the website, however, when we checked in at 1:15 our room was ready and we were not charged extra. The complimentary breakfast was above and beyond!! The staff was friendly and helpful!!
