No elevator to second floor, makes carrying luggage a challenge.

Wish there’d been a large coffee machine in the breakfast area. Only a one cup maker in each room.

For those with kids, just a heads up to lather them with lotion after swimming. In the evening, our girls complained that their skin hurt and it was red. We had seen the pool being treated in the morning so I'm guessing it was just too strong for them. The adults didn't have any issues and the kids were fine the next day after using thick lotion.

My family enjoyed the breakfast, the open congregating area was super comfortable and perfect for parents that have put the kids to bed and can just sit right outside their room for conversation or a game. The evening/overnight staff were very kind, as were the cleaning staff, The hotel was clean and well-kept. The hot tub and pool were a nice size. The pool area was warm, which was great for the kiddos when they got out of the pool.

Front desk and manager on duty when I checked in went above and beyond to accommodate my request in regard to room location! Best customer service I've ever had, hands down! Room was immaculately clean and so comfortable, loved the recliner to relax in! Breakfast buffet was great, lots of choices and the attendant kept everything clean and filled. I'll be back!

There was some noise that sounded like a loud fan at night that went on and off a cple times in the night. No big deal

We thought there was a lot of little extras everywhere!! From the cookies and beverages when we arrived to the convenient soaps and hair products in the room to the incredibly comfortable beds and very friendly staff .. we were impressed...it was very tastefully decorated and comfortable to hang out in the court and talk or play games...the breakfast was everything u could want to start your day off nutritionally...if u only want toast and coffee, or if you want a 4 course hot brkfst, they had it all. The pool n hot tub were very well maintained and clean and good temps!Thank u for a pleasant stay!! C'mon Inn is a very Welcoming motel!!!

I had a confirmation that showed I had a dog, they did not have a pet room left so had to wait for them figure it out.

We didn't get rooms next to each other. Plus we were put in pet-friendly rooms, and one of our members has severe life-threatening allergies. So they had to purchase a third room. And only one was available, but it didn't have two beds. So we ended up spending $460 more!! The rooms should default to NON Pet rooms unless you specifically ask for a pet room. :( So this meant that not only were the two rooms on the pet side of the building not adjacent to each other, the third room was on the other side of the building. :(

Breakfast was wonderful, the courtyard was cozy yet spacious, the staff was nice and helpful and friendly.
