The location is so close to the beach without the choas. Restaurants, bars, beach, fuel, and CVS are all accessible by a quick walk! We loved the convenience. The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything we needed to make our meals and even complimentary coffee pods! The long-term tenants were very welcoming and helpful. The courtyard was a beautiful site, especially if you want to relax. Overall, we found this to be an amazing stay with wonderful hosts! Will absolutely recommend/book again!

They need to make the parking spots a tad bigger, if someone doesn’t park straight it’s kinda of a pain.

The constant noise in the air conditioner in the ceiling even when it was turned off. Bottom of bathroom door on the inside was rusted and worn.

There wasn’t anything we “didn’t like”, the evening we arrived it was raining like crazy and there was no umbrella in the condo. We bought one and left it for the guests that follow us in the future. Along with the umbrella we donated a laundry basket, it was better than carrying the clothes in a grocery bag. My mother taught me to leave a place better than you found it, that was our part.

The property was just as explained and the pictures showed it exactly the way we saw online!! The most important part to me is the cleanliness of the condo, this aspect exceeded my expectations!!!

Arrived late in the night due to some unforeseen issues and the door code was not programmed into the door upon arrival. Thank Goodness Rachel (very nice and helpful young lady) answered the phone call and was able to provide assistance getting in. Simple fix. The stay was wonderful and I’ll be back soon.

Loved how close to the beach, across the street and down about a block. Super clean ..and had everything shampoo, coffee, a few snacks at least to start. Plenty of bath towels( hanging, in the shower and they were in bathrooom drawers..well stocked id say. And good thick towels:)...really., 2 Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas..single use detergent, waters.. 2 thermostats one in each room. Plus 2 ceiling fans. I read previous reviews that said wasn't cool enough?? We control the temp so I'm going to assume they didn't turn it on properly because I was freezing...it was perfect😆I turned it down low after reading that review the first night....then adjusted it.... Before leaving any neg review, should prob call the office first. They were sooo friendly and accommodating. Met them in courtyard in passing. I needed nothing... Also 2 tvs, remotes and a pull out bed along with huge bed in bedroom. Loved the screen door.

We felt that the floors had not been cleaned in some time due to walking on it when we first arrived and the bottoms of our feet were black. We just wore shoes during our stay.

My family and I loved that we had a full kitchen with utensils and plenty of pots and pans we were able to cook while being on vacation. We also loved how close we were to the beach and in the middle of everything which was amazing. We loved everything about this spot and will definitely be back!

The shower head needed replacemen. Ac vent could be possible cleaned better. Everything else was good hand, a big closet. Some construction next door but not to noisy. They don't work on weekends that I could see.

Great location walking distance to many places to go, especially the beach very close. It's great to have a reserved parking space. The only problem is guest parking. You need to plan ahead if having people over. Ac is cold if you like it because you control it. They also had beach equipment there to use. A little welcome basket. I can see getting bored here.

This property was a perfect little studio for our 3 person family. It was cute and affordable. It’s just one block from the ocean and in the heart of anything you need or want vacation wise. We loved the checkin process as we booked after 9pm and we’re in the apartment within minutes of booking.

I just wanna say this place was awesome. Relaxing, very quiet and clean. I would highly recommend staying here. You're only 3 minutes away from the beach walking. The staff Was awesome very clean and By the way, very quiet. I would definitely stay again. They have another spot also on gulf bay Definitely check them on thank you for everything

Only 1 Trash can in unit:( Scrapped leg on rough metal corner of be several times. They may want to cover the corners with rubber or something.
