Outside of the rooms was exceptionally hot. We also had an issue where a member of staff entered our room at 1 AM to return an item - which was a little unnerving.

Property is located right in the city. Close to The Island. Easy to find. The price of the room was decent for what we got.

We've stayed a couple of times before and it was so much worse this time. I understand that you are under construction but no breakfast like there was before and the elevator that would have given us closer access to our room was out of order. No vending machines and ice machine did not work. The cost of a canned drink is 2.00 and water is 3.00 which is absurd and don't even get me started on the ice cream, ridiculous.

The indoor pool was freezing. The hot tub was cold. The lazy river was great though. Lost of disarray due to renovations. Can't wait for it to be finished

A lot of renovations are happening. No breakfast, pool closed. Refrigerator didn't work. Notified hotel and it was replaced. Several cosmetic fixes and this would be an 8 or 9 easily.

They advertise breakfast but they are doing renovations, so no breakfast! And the Hot tub was Ice cold for my entire stay !

The bathroom wasn't cleaned, the pool was dyed with blue and it's still in my hair after washing, the entire place looked like it was falling apart, they say no smoking and I smelled smoke and weed constantly.

It was in a good location for attractions.

I was there weds-Sunday and never got my room cleaned, I had to go down to ask for clean linen everyday, I asked them to clean my room and still didn’t.

when we went to room had a woman arrested n going through her stuff. when we checked out I ask if we could leave our car parked there a few hours to go to rod runs. check in is not till 4 they said no our time was up at 11

they gave me a car tag early to park . so we could go to rod runs.

Room was clean upon arriving but the building is being remolded and the carpet was dirty in hallways, room service only took out trash and changed garbage I asked for my bedding to be changed and they just left it on it and made it and they don't vacuum the room floors during your stay. But other than that it was good.

Got there at 3:15 room not ready 3:45 room I was told was ready but it was ready I was under impression only room they had beds not comfortable could feel springs I was told they were undergoing improving so maybe next time it will be better

We couldn’t wear socks in our room or we would get stuck to the carpet seam, fresh glue from carpet being installed I’m guessing. Lazy river was heated, regular pool was not and was freezing. Didn’t like the fact that the pool room is dark, there’s no lights other than the ones inside the pool. Also, it was cold when we was there and there was a major draft on our balcony door. Overall a decent hotel, that needs minor improvements. Everything seemed clean, no bugs.

Rooms were good for the price. Good location. Friendly staff.

Rooms were pretty dated and dirty.. the hotel was undergoing renovations but it was kind of a wreck in there and no signage of floors not accessible until you’re in a hallway with sheets laying on the floor just looked kind of scary
