Spacious, clean, and comfortable beds. Basically, everything we needed. Extra kudos to the staff; to a one, they were welcoming, informative, and cheerful. They put the cherry on top of our time there.

We liked everything.

The presidential suites, which are individual homes, are wonderful. The one we stayed in was so spacious and an open layout that was perfect for our group of five adults. There were two seperate living areas on the main floor. Upstairs were three bedrooms which included a master bedroom with an awesome large private bath and king bed, a bedroom with a queen and another with two twin beds along with a full bath in the hallway. The home had 2 1/2 baths, so there was a powder room on the main floor. The beds were super comfortable. It was an overall great place to stay. We were in Williamsburg visiting family who lives in the area. We will definitely stay here again.

The toilets were hard to flush and the water pressure wasn’t great in the shower.

The location is very close to Busch Gardens and could even see the park from the 3rd floor balcony. The room was huge and well worth a little extra compared to surrounding hotels.

Train track across the street train runs as early 8 am and late as 10 PM. WiFi not good and be careful about their sales preview.

There was no chair in the bedroom if you wanted to remain in that room and sit up but not on the bed. The mattress was a little too hard. So it wasn't as comfortable as we'd like.

The location was good, the staff was nice. We were there for rest. Enjoyed the game room. It's a little small but cute. Everything was nice and clean. Like that there were so many restaurants nearby. Bush Gardens was in view. Would recommend this location.

I did not like how small the room was, especially the kitchen area. The refrigerator door would hit the chair at the table. The shower pressure was very low. This is not the hotels fault, but I need to let it be known that there is a train nearby that rides by day and night and sometimes even blows the horn. I did not like that, but after the first night I did not pay it any mind. I also wish that they would invest in an indoor pool.

The staff were extremely friendly, we were greeted with smiles and laughter. Check-in was a breeze. I liked that there was an elevator, because carrying luggage up three floors would have been a nightmare. I liked that the room had hardwood floors in the living area. I liked the walk in shower and the beautiful led mirrors in the bathrooms. Everything was clean and cozy. It is very close to Busch Gardens and we were able to view their fireworks display on New Years Eve right from the balcony of the hotel.

i loved everything about this place… i have stayed at plenty of resorts in the area and this one by far is my absolute favorite… its modern , clean, convenient, have everything your going to need from washing and drying your clothes to cooking utensils. i will be back !!

The game room was beautifully decorated and extremely clean, however the equipment could really use replacing (pool sticks, air hockey discs.

The resort was very convenient to Busch Gardens and other local attractions

Our 2 bed unit was more spacious in 2022 compared to the one in 2023, but that’s barely a complaint. Everything was wonderful.

It’s such a classy place to call “home” for a night or two. Clean and comfy! Extremely convenient to the theme park, Target, and highways. Checkin was very quick.

There was not a single thing that we didn't like!

There was not a single thing that we did not like about the property, staff or location. It was the easiest check in process I have ever experienced, and Jerry was awesome! I was blown away when we stepped in the door of the room. Everything was more than I could have expected. Every detail from the furnishings down to the basket of goodies/coffee and basket of dishwashing supplies. Exceptionally clean (not just the rooms, but the property as a whole.....sidewalks, parking lot, registration area, etc)
