The bed was quite hard. Maybe a nice pillow top mattress cover would help.

It was a nice place. I liked the restaurant and the friendly staff. After the first hiccup, everyone was very accommodating.

We couldn't figure out how to turn off the porch light at night and it lit up the room through the door blind. We like a dark room to sleep in. It would have been nice if the shuttle had run hourly rather than every two hours. We had to uber back from Duval street.

The room was very comfortable and we loved sitting on the porch chairs (except for the mosquitos). Finally, a hotel that has plenty of hooks for towels, sunhats etc. The pools were lovely! It was so nice that infused water was provided poolside.

The mosquito in the room when we arrived. The rubbish in the entry of our room when arriving and the day after. Having to pay for the valet parking when there is a parking where we could park all by ourselves.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. You have shuttles for the beach and the old town. And you have the choice of several pools in the property.

The food on site was very expensive as was the parking and I didn’t realize there was just a mini fridge for the 2 bedroom suites.

Roaches in room. Brought to front desk attention. No apologies just “I’ll let housekeeping know.” Must valet park. Concierge won’t answer phone so have to go to front office to even schedule shuttle.

Bed was not that comfortable. We had to leave a day early and we understood the 7 day status change rule but no attempt to even made to discuss a break, the reception desk staff where really cold about it.

Our room was right be the street and you could easily hear the cars, especially from the sofa bed.

Property on the ocean side, it’s oceanfront. It’s small so easy to navigate. Free breakfast is also a plus. Use of the kayaks, paddle boards and bikes for free was a great perk.

The pool areas were very busy and we couldn't find room to sit there - but the beach areas had plenty of room. The dining facilities were limited, the evening menu particularly so.

One thing we noticed is the cleaning and maintenance staff aren’t overly engaged or friendly. We made sure to say hello and say thank you to very little response

The facility is exceptionally well maintained. There is a great vibe to the property with an emphasis on relaxation. It’s well located and easily accessible to a lot of the amenities. The island has to offer.

The valet parking is ridiculous. We would walk past our car in the parking lot all the way to the front of the facility so that someone else could walk back where we just came from to get our car and drive it back up to us. Makes no sense at all. It makes the customer have to walk further plus you stand there and wait 15 or 20 minutes to get your car when you just walked past it in the parking lot and could’ve gotten it yourself.

The valet parking was unnecessary. The lot to park the cars is right next to the hotel on their property. Our car was always parked right outside our room so it was not necessary for us to get a valet to get the car to drag our bags all the way up to the front when the car is right next to our room.

There was no way to regulate the water temperature for the shower. One of the ice machines was not working, when advising the staff they acted like they already knew. There were LOTS of hidden fees that were not disclosed until you arrived to the property.

The location to downtown Key West. The cleaning staff was really friendly.
