Bed was not that comfortable. We had to leave a day early and we understood the 7 day status change rule but no attempt to even made to discuss a break, the reception desk staff where really cold about it.

Our room was right be the street and you could easily hear the cars, especially from the sofa bed.

Property on the ocean side, it’s oceanfront. It’s small so easy to navigate. Free breakfast is also a plus. Use of the kayaks, paddle boards and bikes for free was a great perk.

The pool areas were very busy and we couldn't find room to sit there - but the beach areas had plenty of room. The dining facilities were limited, the evening menu particularly so.

One thing we noticed is the cleaning and maintenance staff aren’t overly engaged or friendly. We made sure to say hello and say thank you to very little response

The facility is exceptionally well maintained. There is a great vibe to the property with an emphasis on relaxation. It’s well located and easily accessible to a lot of the amenities. The island has to offer.

The valet parking is ridiculous. We would walk past our car in the parking lot all the way to the front of the facility so that someone else could walk back where we just came from to get our car and drive it back up to us. Makes no sense at all. It makes the customer have to walk further plus you stand there and wait 15 or 20 minutes to get your car when you just walked past it in the parking lot and could’ve gotten it yourself.

The valet parking was unnecessary. The lot to park the cars is right next to the hotel on their property. Our car was always parked right outside our room so it was not necessary for us to get a valet to get the car to drag our bags all the way up to the front when the car is right next to our room.

It felt like an oasis! I loved the four pools and the calm feeling at the resort. The staff took care of us well.

There was no way to regulate the water temperature for the shower. One of the ice machines was not working, when advising the staff they acted like they already knew. There were LOTS of hidden fees that were not disclosed until you arrived to the property.

They could’ve been jazzed up just a little bit. The gentleman that I work with at the front desk were exceptional! They were so friendly and helpful. However, there was a woman on the day I checked out that was not very friendly and Would definitely deter people from coming back, but the rest of the staff upfront was great which changed my opinion. Also, the bartenders could’ve been a little more friendly. They didn’t have much a personality. At least the ones in the late evening that closed.

The stuff disappoints my stay. I paid so much money for 1 night, flight from SF and driving and they let us wait for the room for hours…. We arrived at 1pm, after a long flight and drive. I asked if there is an available rooms and they said yes, make a reservation and in 30 minutes it will be available. I made a reservation with booking and waited 30 minutes….they checked us in but they said the room is not cleaned you have to wait until 4pm. We have been very tired, sweaty and uncomfortable and we paid for 1 night above $500, if we knew we will not get a room in 30 minutes we will never book that room and go some other place. The stuff was very emotionless and gave us wrong details. Our stay in Key West which was the only night there turned out to be extremely disappointing.

Loved the different pools, just wished the kids pool wasn't so close to the "The Sanctuary" adult pool. Couldn't really relax with the kids screaming and playing right on the side of you.

I liked the view from our room. Very relaxing. And the keriug machine in our room was very convenient.

Service around the complex wasn’t the best. Breakfast took forever to arrive and had to keep asking our server continuously, room door was left wide open by the cleaner when we were out for the evening, rang valet parking for our car and still had to wait over half an hour to get it it, disappointing.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, pool and bar areas were good. Reception and concierge were welcoming and helpful.
