We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Easy to find. Great access to main highways fuel stations restaurants and shopping areas. Clean bathroom and very handicap accessible. Despite being close to highway noise level almost nonexistent. Very easy check in and out. Breakfast acceptable for quick bite and get on your way. Had a small gym area and pool but did not use

United States of AmericaThe wooden furniture is in need a good paint and shellac job, the tub veneer was peeling and chipping badly and unclean, had someone else's hair to the filth, but thank god I bring my own cleaning products but just bathe from the sink instead, The shower head was once white or off white color, now its showing 3 shades of brown, either needs to be soaked in bleach or invest in a new shower head.

CanadaProperty is ill-kept. Mould widespread in the bathroom on the ceiling. Bathroom fan was so noisy we were afraid to turn the light on in the night.
Friendly check-in. Clerk was attentive to the breakfast room in the morning and quickly replenished as things ran out - it was a small room, and a team of teenage soccer players were present so quantities were quickly consumed.

United States of AmericaThe main thing that I disliked was that I paid for a more expensive room, so that it included a continental breakfast. What we were served was pathetic: A fruit cocktail cup, a granola bar and a tiny juice box, in a brown paper bag. I was confused as to if I was supposed to be eating breakfast, or going on a field trip. We were served the same thing both days we were there. I also was displeased at check-in. The website we booked on said our cost was $XXX. for 2 nights and we wouldn't be charged anything else. At Check-in we were unexpectedly told there was a $50 hold fee that was non-negotiable. We didn't have a lot of money, and having that be sprung on us was stressful. A side note, they have a pool, but according to the front desk, it hasn't been used in 4+ years. It was disappointing. The cleanliness of the rooms were subpar and there was a lot of damaged wall fixtures and furniture.
The beds were Super Comfy. It was probably the best sleep we had in a while. There were issues with our room, and the staff quickly resolved them.

I checked out may 26,2024 before 11 AM. The room was dirty, no microwave, WiFi signal was very poor. The bathroom was disgusting pee in the all over the toilet seat shower head rusted hair in the tub. Very unpleasant! The pillow cases had stains on them.

United States of AmericaThe rooms was very old. The lamp outlets on the wall were loose and coming out of the wall. The bathtub look like they tried to face it, but it was peeling the faucet in the tub couldn’t turn on the shower properly and when the shower did come on the faucet also was running at the same time And the bathroom door had to lift up to open and close it because it was dragging the floor mold in the bathroom that facility shouldn’t be on Booking.com and all the rooms should be inspected. My room was room 128.
The breakfast was pretty decent and the breakfast area was clean
