Took a long time for hot water and another table for games would be nice. It would be nice if coffee and tea would be available later than 11am in the lobby.

We especially liked the walk ability to Colonial Williamsburg. It was very clean and comfortable, we loved having more space than a hotel room.

The furniture is a bit worn in the suites. There’s not many pots/pans in the kitchen. I did heat up some pizza in the oven in a pan but there were no oven mitts to pull out the hot pan from the over. I had to improvise. The bathroom is a nice size but my son & I both thought the shower could use a curtain or door. The building hallways are a bit bland and unwelcoming. Could the property possibly have coffee available at the front desk until noon? I would not consider this property a resort.

I liked that the rooms are like apartments with space to spread out. The fireplace is our room actual worked and that was cozy for a Jan evening. The pool was large! The hotel is super close to Busch Gardens and the historic village of Williamsburg.

Room cleanliness was acceptable but was starting to look worn out with stains on the carpet and the kitchen cabinets/appliances should have been wiped down better. There was also a bad smell in the pool area.

The elevators weren’t working during our stay so lugging luggage up 4 flights of stairs wasn’t great.

Some deep cleaning needs to be done occasionally. There were spider webs on the light fixtures, built up dust on cabinets and top of fridge.

The location of this property is perfect for Williamsburg with close proximity to everything. The room was nice, perfect for a family who doesn’t want to be cramped in a small hotel room.

I wasn’t expecting the hard sell for timeshares at associated hotels/resorts. We managed to refuse to attend a presentation luckily but beware, if you book through a ‘preferred partner’ such as Booking.com you will be signed up for a presentation’.

Very convenient for William and Mary. Easy walk through Colonial Williamsburg.

Lighting is with odd. Super bright in smaller bedroom for example— shady in rest of area. Need updated system. Couch was very stiff and uncomfortable

I really liked the outdoor seating area. The room was very nice, looked better than the pictures. The property looked updated. The staff were friendly and told us about all the local places. They were helpful and the location was nice and well taken care of.

I didn't like being charged a night before arriving in advance. I went through Booking.Com and it stated that we would be charged on arrival. I don't know who's fault that was but that's the only thing I didn't like.

I like the welcome upon arrival. They were all quite friendly and wished us a happy anniversary 🎉 We were placed in a quiet area that we requested prior to arrival. The location was in a great area. The unit was very clean and everything was spacious for an enjoyable stay.🙂 Thank you Tamika and Amy for explaining how to book for our next visit. I appreciate you both.

Some areas of the hotel were noticably rub down, squares of wall not painted where something used to hang or around clearly newly installed bolts ect.... The bed linens were fine but not plush or of high quality.

The room was a great size with a kitchen that had everything we needed in it. The location was near everything we wanted to visit. The room was cleaned and stocked as expected. The staff was nice and friendly and went above expectations. The hotel had a quiet atmosphere.

None of these are very bad, but things that deserve to be pointed out. Very little working space at bathroom sinks. Found no extra sheets for sleeper sofa in the suite, but the smaller bed had multiple sheets -- we just took one off of the bed and used on the sofa. Need another bedside light for the king bed -- nly one person could comfortably read in bed. Active train track behind facility.

Metal chards on floor upon arrival, bathroom toilet in master room ran constantly and plumbing made strange noises all night.no way to pull luggage cart up on side I was instructed to park had to walk across parking lot to get into building with luggage cart. Didn't have bedding in room for pull out couch had to go to front desk. Didn't have keys in room to unlock doors and my child locked the bathroom door and we couldn't get back in without calling facilities.

I liked the set up of the room and the kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Supplied dishes, dish soap and laundry soap to use with free laundry facility.

The offer to participate in the timeshare informational meeting in exchange for a gift card was a little awkward. However, I politely declined the invitation as I preferred time with my family on my vacation to a gift card.

My family and I loved the 2 bedroom apartment with the kitchenette. It really worked well for us.
