For what you pay, it could be better, ie bigger/cleaner rooms, more amenities. There’s no microwave, coffee pot in the room. The indoor pool would be a great bonus were it a little cleaner and it would be nice if they had “kids free” hours for those that want to use the pool without 200 kids at the same time.

Beautiful hotel with a rich history, conveniently located, and the ducks were a fun twist. The staff is truly the best. Apart from a couple interactions, the majority of the staff is super helpful, accommodating and friendly. They seem to love working there and will gladly point you to a recommended restaurant or bring you towels or whatever you need. The managers (both day and night shift) were absolutely awesome.

We got to stay at the world famous Peabody for $300. It was the cheapest in the downtown area. Valet parking and just a block away from Beale st.

Noisy traffic at night. Can also hear everything in the room next door. Can't walk far without running into homeless individuals asking for money. Sketchy after dark. Duck walk was overrated. Lobby was so packed we could hardly see. Struggled to get a drink while we waited as it was so packed. Half an hour in advance is not enough lead time. Even the mezzanine was crowded. Long delay for the elevators afterward.

Location in downtown was postive. Nearby restaurants and Beale Street. Elegant marble lobby and nice in-house restaurants and bars. Great desserts in the deli area that you can grab quickly and take back to your room.

The deli advertised as staying open until 11pm. We got back from the play at 10:25 and nothing open except room service. 2 pb&j sandwiches cost $42.00. Everything restaurant out side was too scary to go in. Also, the loud road noise lastest thru the night.

Our bathroom was just a little smaller- but it wasn’t the end of the world. Biggest complaint would be there are no refrigerators

The upgrade to the club floor for breakfast and happy everyday was very much worth it for my family
