It was a good area located very close to Corry Station Naval Base. The room was clean, and the bed was clean as well as the towels. Breakfast was ok.

Room was great. Most comfortable beds by far. Breakfast had many options.

Staff was non existent. We stayed for 3 nights and our room never got cleaned, not even once. We complained and the one lady was veryrude. The other front desk lady did come on the last evening and took our trash and gave us fresh towels.

The hotel was updated.

The staff was horrible when we returned from our son ceremony at the base one staff member had her daughter at the front desk the other was on the speaker phone arguing with her boyfriend smh then we get up to our room tub was still full of water from our shower that morning called the front desk a few times of course she didn’t answer clearly arguing with bf was more important so we continued on about our day get back to hotel later that evening called a few more times to front desk no answer so I go down to speak with staff I ask is the guest phone not working she then says No you have to call the direct number for the hotel, upon check in that would have been nice to tell your guest but this staff member was very apologetic very told her about the problem with the tub not draining she wrote it down but by Saturday morning nothing had been done we checked in Thursday planned to stay the whole weekend due to all that foolishness we decided to check out and go to the Holiday Inn down the street.

The front desk people need to update their customer service attitude. They act like they hate their job. We booked 2 rooms for a total of 6 guests and there were only 2 towels when we asked for extra towels the front desk only gave us 1. The breakfast is so sad. Overall it's OK.

The hotel stay and the deep hole on tbe way in to the building. Very Dangerous be careful of tbe mold in the room and bathroom.

The staff First night we came late because travel stuff (at that’s actually why we were staying in a hotel) and the front desk staff lady called “Gloria” was so rude, we entered and she was taking coffee with two other people and it seems like we interrupted her, because she said to those people “This mother****” and then she told me we were “extremely” late and that if our room was not acceptable to me, she was not able to do anything because of the hour and that we would have to sleep there if not, that would be our problem. She never made me sign anything (but she did charge me in that moment” Next day, we were sleeping because we were resting (again, that’s why we were staying in a hotel), we put the door sign of “please do not disturb” and the front desk lady came to knock really bad in the door, we actually thought there was an emergency, and everything was for me to sign the check in documents. I was half asleep and told the lady that she was rude, and she told me “you never signed the documents” and of course I did not sign, BECAUSE I WAS NEVER ASKED TO DO SO!!!! It could have been a really good experience, but the staff actually made me had one of the worst hotel experiences.

Didn't clean room on day #3 of our stay. Didn't leave coffee for our last morning .would have liked more drawers for clothes. Arm chair was VERY uncomfortable!

No maintenance and short staffed as well! No remotes were working at the property and, the phone in our room wasn’t working(no dial tone) Mine wouldn’t turn the TV on. Went to the lobby…the lady asked about remotes not working. She gave me a different one. It would turn on the TV, but not change the channel! So me and my 14 year old son have to watch Nickelodeon!😤 I could go on and on..and on…and on again! Then we get breakfast! The dang lid won’t stay put where the sausages and eggs are. I don’t know how many people I seen jump and thought they broke the dang lid….the lid just fell backwards!

Nothing…that’s why I checked out a day early.

This was the worst hotel we ever stayed. Staffs were very rude! We saw roaches as soon as we entered the room. We requested to change the room but they didn’t allow. We booked hotel for three nights, and they asked us to check out when we requested to change the room. We checked out, and they charged so high for a night. The room smelled extremely bad! Stains in the bathroom! Breakfast wasn’t really good!
