The price of this hotel is very high. The menu in the 30 Latitude Restaurant could be improved by adding more variety of food, and options. If you’re going to stay for more than a couple of days, you will be eating the same food.

The hotel is beautiful with a great location. The room was spacious, and clean.

It was an excellent resort. Room was excellent, had access to everything. Pool area was awesome, excerise room was big. It was nice to have restaurants at resort. Staff were very friendly. The views of the beach and ocean were beautiful. The beach access was perfect. Highly recommend this resort. We will be back.

Common areas are ill maintained Poor workmanship on main entry / work performed while guests were trying to valet cars Floor paint application was sloppy / appeared to be acceptable So the question is what other sub par work is being performed & acceptable Yet room price is high end

I chose an angel view room, the view was great but the balcony was extremely small. It was ok since it was only me, but it would have been cramped with two people and would not be good for a family.

The resort has everything you need, various types of restaurants, in one place. It is very clean and appears to have been recently updated.

Beware of traveling in the off season and groups of students/kids. We had a group of students there for a conference that were extremely loud in the halls at night/running up and down, doing cartwheels etc.

This is a great location right on the beach in Orange Beach/Perdido. There are restaurants and a bar on property that are great. Service is excellent, they get to know their guests and treat you like family!

I guess it was the timing. I’ve stayed there before but this time it was over run by young high school aged kids. The resort is usually relaxing. This stay was anything but relaxing. There was slamming doors, yelling from balconies, elevators were being played in with all buttons being pushed making waits very long. I actually left a day early yet still paid over 300 for the night I wasn’t even there.

Restaurant are way too pricey . No complimentary coffee in lobby offered like most others .

It’s beautiful and clean and the complimentary parking was so nice. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. A bit pricey per night but weeknight are the better value. Restaurants over priced and not that good. No free breakfast bar like other places we’ve stayed. No free coffee in lobby like many other places offer.. Best to go elsewhere for dining o. Lots of great Seafood restaurants close by. Bubbas Seafood is awesome as is Doc’s Seafood. The area has so much to offer
