There were some gnats in the room and the shower faucet leaked but we told them at checkout. Not an issue with our stay just things to fix for next guests.

Rooms were spacious, pool and outside area were spacious with plenty of chairs. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was good size and living room area was ample.

This NOT a deficiency of Perry's, it's a live and learn for us. Our doggies are older, and I would ask for a room closer to the "doggie appointed area" to make it easier on our boys. The only nicks in facilities were due to one elevator being down, and the ice machine on the floor not working. However, we did NOT experience any great wait due to the lack of elevators and there were other ice machines conveniently located. These issues did not mar our visit at all.

Directly on the beach, indoor or outdoor pool, available pet friendly rooms, very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, any question was answered. Michelle, Mary, Emily at that office could not have been more helpful, 4/8 we checked in and the remote was not working, I believe the young man's name was Donald, he was headed up in the elevator as we were going back up with our luggage and he offered his assistance in moving the cart which was extremely helpful. Our housekeeping staff member, Winsome attended to us with excellent service and the room showed her attention to detail and pride in her position. Brittney checked in with me via texts to make sure our needs were met, her texts, I appreciated her attention. Our doggies loved it, and the property is set up to accommodate the four-legged family members. Thank you We will definitely revisit Perry's when coming to the Daytona Area.

We didnt like the fact that the morning we were checking out about 9:30 am we were in our room relaxing getting ready and packing up and the maid walked right in said nothing, I yelled we are still in here as she still proceeded to enter the room and I continued to say we are still here and don't need maid service yet, she continued in the room to grab trash still saying nothing seeming annoyed and then just left. I was very upset because this was very intrusive to the end of our visit. Thankfully we were dressed but not happy with this at all. I did express my disappointment to Michelle at the front desk when we left and she agreed with me that this was very unacceptable.

We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor area minus the construction still going on which is understandable.

Cleanliness is a concern. The floor was so dirty that I found myself fashioning a mop from towels purchased at the nearby supermarket. Should I choose to stay at this property again, I'll consider bringing my cleaning supplies and tools. While I recognize that my visit coincided with a busy period, I believe management should place a higher emphasis on maintaining cleanliness."

I appreciate that Perry's is pet-friendly. Having a supermarket right across the street is an added perk. The inclusion of a kitchenette and its location as an oceanfront property enhance its appeal. Despite the lingering signs of destruction from the 2022 hurricane, it's heartening to see Daytona Beach Shores making a strong comeback, with new concrete sea walls and renovated properties.

I didnt like that we were in a corner i could see the ocean but i would of like the middle because i pay for oceanfront it was partial.

Nothing negative to say about this place. I suppose the outdoor lighting could have been better at night but I think they are still recovering from storm damage and the grounds are looking pretty good considering.

Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Pools were pleasant and access to beach was great! Patreece at the front desk was kind and helpful. Convenient location with grocery right across the street. Would like to stay here again when I have several days instead of just an overnight.

They were in the middle of major renovations, so some of the parking was blocked off. They do have overflow parking across the street. The speed limit is only 35 mph so it wasn't a big deal to cross back to the resort. But people with families it could be a drop off situation to make life a little easier. The walls are thin but our neighbors were self aware enough to keep volumes down.

The access to the beach and a grocery store made it an easy beach bum day. Our oceanfront view and patio were amazing. We woke up early the first morning to see the sunrise. The smell of freshly made donuts in the hallways made the mornings pleasant. Javonnique reached out to ensure our stay was enjoyable. All 3 pools were available and clean.

Parking is a mess. There is mattresses and building materials taking up Parking. Loud people in rooms beachfront rooms making noise and letting the children run free all hours.

Proximity to the beach, pools were awesome, as well as the hot tub. Room was spacious and clean.

The housekeeping was very poor. We had food under the pullout sofa , The shower had mold on the ceiling and looked like was peeling and falling apart from the room above us from water damage

The exterior could use a little TLC

The property is under some renovation from the hurricane prior. It didn’t really impact us only stating because the property wasn’t as “clean” on the outside. The room was fabulous, clean and fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the beach access.
