Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandService mediocre at best and very patchy. Definitely not 5 star. The place could be cleaner. The Butcher's Table replaced their menu with a 7 course tasting menu with no notice and refused to accommodate the teenagers in our party with something/anything other than the tasting menu. No-one contacted us to tell us and when we arrived it was far too late to make alternative arrangements. The "sommelier" told us he couldn't make Irish coffees because the restaurant had no creme de menthe! Mandatory 20% service charge on everything despite poor service. Notwithstanding several emails and phone calls, no-one in reception or reservations could tell us whether the resort had anything planned for NYE. Emailed the manager (twice!) with feedback but have received no response so would have to assume they really don't care about their customers.
Lovely property. The golf was fabulous, the pro golf lessons were great and the courses were super.

United States of AmericaThe service at the Honeybelle restaurant was not good. The server was very condescending and it seemed like we were bothering him every time we were asking him for something. We also went to Birdie’s, their diner, in the morning, for our breakfast (we prepaid it). It took about 15 min and calls for the employees to find out how much we could spend at the restaurant based on our fare. Their service was kind and professional though. The decor and food were great.
The hotel is amazing. Such a beautiful place surround by lakes and this gorgeous golf course. The design inside the hotel is classy chic. We loved it.

United States of Americathe fact that we did not get house keeping services. they came at 9:30am which I find very early for a resort. they never came back. i had no towels left and when I asked for towels; the front desk gave me a paper back full of towels. i did not use them since I did not know where that paper bag came from. this is why I gave a 9 not a 10 to the property.
the resort in general is beautiful

United States of AmericaRestaurants were very expensive and open very few hours if at all.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. We evacuated last minute from Cape Coral due to Hurricane Ian. They were so accommodating and had many evacuees to deal with. We were able to add a second night because we needed to stay longer and it was seamless.

United States of AmericaThe property is beautiful. Room service was not available because it was “off season”. We were assigned an “accessible room” even though we didn’t request or desire it. Favor is given to booking through the PFA website verses using Booking.com or other venders as far as room selection.

United States of AmericaThe room was super cool, but the space could have been utilized better. There was so much empty space in room, maybe another cabinet/ dresser? The bathroom was the same. It was beautiful & comfortably huge! loved the tub & shower. Again, there was a big empty area by toilet. looked unfinished. maybe a bidet? Cabinet/shelf, hooks for dressing area? We were celebrating a family 50th anniv & had my son & wife change for dinner in our room & it was a little awkward, but...the second door in bathroom was great for many reasons! with all this said, the only real thing needed is a fan/vent in bathroom. Hot &...noisey. you asked so being very picky...
The facility, although crazy busy, was fun & hopping! Being cooped up for so long, I actually welcomed it. The food & drinks were very good. The staff is up there with the best we have ever met. They really are pleasant, helpful & friendly. From the front desk, to the pool people, the servers, bar staff & cleaning crew! great staff. The room was very clean & well maintained.

United KingdomSome of the staff were rude (check in), very rule based and not customer friendly….this is what this means….do you understand? . Could not get in the bar after the golf as it was too busy. I paid $1700 for two nights and was not allowed to drink at the bar even though I had a wrist band proving I stayed there and many many people did not have wrist bands. Security were rude too.

Lights in bed headboard required you to get out of the bed to operate. Difficult access to room fridge due to size of cabinet doors. No direction on use of coffee maker. United States of AmericaI had 3 different rooms during my 5 day stay. The first room was on the first floor facing a parking lot so after the first night i was woken by car alarms, people talking, and grounds crew workers. The 2nd room was on the third floor but right around from the elevator and right across from the stairwell that was used often. I didn't sleep in this room because I found a few mosquitos flying around and knew there was no way I was sleeping with mosquitos. The AC in this room worked but not like my first floor room. The third floor area by the elevator was very stuffy and hot-it did not feel like the AC was even on! There was also a large palmetto bug scurrying the hallway which I killed. I switched to another room on the third floor but 10 doors down from this one and it was better (quieter, no bugs, better AC) It didn't strike me as being entirely clean though. In all the rooms I found dust, and areas on the rug which could have been vacuumed better. Each time I moved I had to repack and unpack because each time I assumed I would have a better room. The location is also about 40 min drive to Palm Beach Island. I felt very far from things and could have been anywhere in Florida. The $40 daily resort fee includes parking and free wifi (what place doesn't offer free wifi these days??), the fitness center and some golf things. I stayed here for a convention otherwise it would not have been on my radar for a place to stay!
The hotel itself and the grounds were really nice! The pool area is large with lots of chairs and umbrellas. I really enjoyed eating at Birdie's Diner! The food was great and a bit more affordable. The hotel also has a free shuttle that will take you within a 5 mile radius. I do not golf and can't comment on the courses.
