We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe fact that it's gotten so disgusting now it was never to the point to where I had roaches in my room but the place has gotten so disgusting it's to where there's roaches in the room now. Beds are so uncomfortable it was broke. Sheets were disgusting, That I had to call the front office and ask them for new sheets because the maids did not change the sheets they just made the bed it was hair everywhere it was stains everywhere it was disgusting being that I had prepaid I didn't want them to kick me out. But next time I stay here or if I ever choose to stay here again I know I'll be checking my room for bugs
I like this location it's because it's convenient for me and my partner and I was homeless about 5-6 years ago and I used to stay here often.

United States of AmericaThe entire first time I stayed there there was no air conditioning the water was so hot in the shower there was no cold water I couldn't even take a shower the beds were uncomfortable the staff wasn't polite or helpful. They wouldn't move me when I brought problems to their attention as soon as I got to my room they told me I had to wait for maintenance to show up after several hours when maintenance never came I went back up front they tried to charge me to change her own after arguing with the girl for a few she finally changed me rooms into another room that pretty much had all the same problems and before that she had explained they couldn't keep changing my room so she moved me from one room to another room that had problems that that was going to be all they could do for me where I felt like they should have went before they put me in a room and made sure everything was good rather than telling me if they've changed my room and I still have problems I would just have to deal with it. That's what I complained about to corporate like I said they did reach out to me and make things right but my entire first stay there was absolutely crap.
Even though I had a really bad trip and the girl that was helping me wasn't very good. After I complained to corporate about the situation the manager contacted me and was very polite and very helpful and they called me every night where everything was perfect and I had a really good time and it was nice to have a place for the pool was actually open for once and clean. I thought it was super cool they did what hotels should do to make situations right and it only took several days for them to make good of a bad situation they never made excuses they just apologized and made up for the problems I had to deal with. I ended up leaving very happy and I would refer people there and I would go back there.

United States of AmericaThe floors were filthy. The sheets had stains in them. The whole room looked run down and worn/distressed. The bathroom was gross, stains in the toilet and shower. I felt as if it was unsafe to touch the floor with my bare feet and I didn’t even touch the shower. My door lock and key kept malfunctioning with no real reason. The price of my stay was not worth the quality of the room I was in. Only thing good about my stay was how nice the staff was. Only other good thing was that my room had a new vanity.
Staff was very friendly and kind, especially when my card key decided to malfunction twice.

United States of AmericaThe Heater did not work so it was freezing cold all night both nights. The room did not have a microwave or fridge. The staff (manager) did not want to work with me at all about anything, I asked for a refund because we stayed 2 nights and spent around $150 for both nights and I asked for a refund for at least one of the rooms because we got sick from sleeping in a cold room 2 nights in a row.
