It would have been nicer to have met the hosts. The location is nice but without a car its difficult getting into and out of Down town because you need to take 2 buses which can take too long

The neighbourhood was nice and peaceful. The location was excellent for access to the South Mountain Park. My room was clean and comfortable, checking in was easy and there was access to a nice back garden. Value for money was good

I didn't like how dirty other customers were. The bathroom tub was often filled with pubes. I had to flush a full toilet multiple times. 💀

I liked the area. Very safe. Good walking paths. Beautiful skies. Plenty of off-street parking. Spacious room. Very quiet in-house. House cleaner goes above and beyond and is very nice. Hosts are responsive.

the only think i really didn't like its missing food someone was keep stealing my food and drinks not to lie everyday for a 2 weeks something was missing silly things as well like can of Pepsi or an egg i did msg owner multiple times and he did came over to talk to tenants and send messages but that didn't help at all unfortunately if people who leave there on longer term cant behave then maybe close big fridge and buy small ones for each room ? that's the only solution i can think of also (private bathroom) is lactated outside of your room

There weren't many dishes. It would have helped me in particular to have bowls. The temperature in the house was too cool and although it was adjusted when I requested, I still had to wear a jacket much of the time.

The location was very convenient to the grocery store and also the bus line. I did not have a car so this was important to me. I felt like I was in a safe neighbourhood. Also the room that I had rented was not available when I arrived so I was given a master bedroom with it's own bathroom and a large closet at no additional cost. I liked being able to cook and do laundry at the site. The kitchen and laundry were clean and the appliances were in good order. There were 2 large refrigerators and plenty of cabinet space also. The wifi was good at the location.

Too far from our itinerary. Codes were somewhat bothersome to use getting into the property.

I think the main gate to get inside the residences was my biggest problem as it never or almost never wanted to accept the code 😅 Depending on how many people are in the residence it can be disturbing noises sometimes (example: someone put on the washing machines after 10pm so they made noices until 1am) and my room was close to the washing room. You definetively need a car if you want to visit noce places.

A calm and secure place to stay. A fast replying and really helpful Owner of the place Very clean place Great bathroom Television with many possibilities of movies and series even Netflix if you want to watch. A lot of tools there for cooking Great places to relax in the evening

I didn't want to play around with switches to turn on the outside light by the front door. I had to ask another guest about how to turn on the lights in the kitchen.

Everything was great. I was a little worried about sharing a single home with other tenants, but other tenants were quiet. Only two minor issues: 1) food that other tenants had left in the fridge was rotten and needed to be thrown out. little gross. 2) parking on driveway bit constrained. I parked down the block in the turn-around area which was supposed to be OK but got a ticket notice from Community Assoc'n anyway.

I was surprised they did not allow us to eat or drink in our room, after a long day we did not want to have to socialize to enjoy an adult beverage. Also, the sheets were not cotton so stuck to us as we slept and usually came off the bedframe.

Clean, economical choice for us. We are not ones who spend much time at a hotel when we travel, preferring to be on the go exploring and experiencing life.

I was booking a room with private bathroom, I got one with shared bathroom and upon complaining about it I was brushed off to deal with it myself. The room was spacious but loud with window to the driveway and blocked glass door to the hallway. There was little to minimal privacy. The facility reminded of a puppy mill for people. Parking on driveway was extremally crowded.

Price and relative peace of sleep were the only positives of the stay. Nothin else met my expectations unfortunately.

This property cancelled out reservation only HOURS before we had to board our plane. OUTRAGEOUS!! Much later, as I was actually boarding the plane, they sent an email saying, oh, now the room was again available. They've got to be kidding!! I had to scramble to get something else, far less appealing, prior to going to the airport. Terrible treatment. I've NEVER heard of such a thing.

The kitchen wasn’t usable as had some sort of flood. The floors and carpet were dirty. The TV didn’t work it was awful.

Nothing we did not stay because it was so bad. We checked in late got up early in the morning and left.

Just suggestion but bathroom not have even little bar soap on sink luckily I had mine and I had to look for hairdryer which didn't have mine because of different European electrical

Felt Safe and was pleasantly kind of Marcos to give me ride to my next stop. I would do again in future.
