Be nice to have your parking passes at the gate if you already paid for them in advance. Waited at the counter a long time after a very long drive to parking passes that were paid for in advance.

Great stay overall. The only negative thing to tell yall about, was the maintenance guy that came Saturday I'm the middle of our stay to scrub the shower, that could have waited. But everything else was great.

Well the condo was through “Vacasa” so whoever “cleaned “ the room before didn’t fully clean there was still some sand in the floor and definitely did not restock. basically what the people before us left was what we ended up with. NO TOWELS. I contacted Vacasa THREE TIMES. I ended up buying towels at Walmart. they even sent me a list of what was supposed to be stocked and when I told them no most of that is not here they stopped responding. I bought k-cups because there was a keurig but it didn’t work. the toilet seat was broke in my room. there was only one quilt in the room with bunk beds. the beds looked dusty and the bunk bed was broke. my dad brought his own pillow. I had to go buy one because the first night on those pillows were terrible. my dresser drawer was also broke. The extra pillows and things in closets all looked dusty. I know some things happen but I would really reconsider using Vacasa for someone who actually cleans and cares. Also if I’m paying this much money I shouldn’t have to buy towels and pillows.

The late check it is rough. knowing we had to be out by 10 the next morning we wanted to make a real day of it. the unit was much smaller than anticipated. I should have paid closer attention to the sqfootage when booking. Also there was an incident at the building next door where someone unfortunately passed which put a bit of a damper on the trip.

we get there & my room (i'm in my mid 40's) has BUNK BEDS in it. I was absolutely livid, we ended up leaving a night early bcuz the mattresses on both bedrooms was hurting our backs, the living rm furniture was wore out, if u sit on it, u couldn't hardly get up, the DISH NETWORK kept going out so since it rained the whole time, we couldn't hardly even watch anything bcuz the signal kept going off & I was NOT told that we had to wear arm bands the whole time we were there (even to shower), I felt like I was in prison. This was my 4th trip to ORANGE BEACH area & this was the worst time I've ever had. When I went to PHOENIX 3 to say something about the bunk bed deal, the guy told me that bcuz I booked thru a 3rd party & not BRETT ROBINSON (who he worked for) there was nothing he could do about it.

The only two negatives I would say is the arcade room (for a rainy day) left a lot to be desired. The change machine was broke and several of the games were not even on. The other negative would be the kiddie pool fountain was always on, thus blocking out the desired noise of the beach/waves.(If it had a timer people could turn it on when they needed to use it, as I rarely saw kids in it anyway)

The condo location was great, very close to beach (closest yet). With three pools all in proximity, if one was more crowded than other you could meander to the other (though we never had to). Loved the multiple hoses to rinse off rather than just shower. Also like the usage of parking permit tags which I think helped allow parking spots to be available. Lastly the wristbands that were required helped keep the pool population in check, disallowing others from having friends and family hanging out (taking up guest paid expectations of pool availability)

Our stay was great One thing the area rug was full of sand needed to be taken up and shaken and the smoke detectors need batteries it beeped the whole stay. But everything else was great. Thank you.

I like the condo beautiful and the view was great my grandchildren loved it need more time. But over all the stay was amazing. Thank you.

Small problem. The tub plug didn't work. Push down didn't stay down. I borrowed the one from the other bathroom.

Everything else! Everyone, including other visitors were so polite! Helpful staff. We had a phenomenal time. Aking memories! Thank you!
