Breakfast was terrible(which I was bummed about because it even advertised a kid friendly breakfast so my kids were excited and then were disappointed,) went in at 7:30 first morning and everything was empty, waited until 8:15 and nothing was filled. Then second day went in at 8:30, once again it was empty, even coffee and waffle mix were out and waited until 8:50 when a customer decided to fill waffle mix and coffee then went back to our rooms. Unfortunately this I believe was due to an understaff issue. Location was great but no pizza delivery was available, not a big deal just kind of inconvenient.

Very clean hotel. Pool and hot tub were perfect size. Employees were all friendly. Price was great and good location.

The light in bathroom was automatic. It kept shutting off when I was in the shower. The shades were effective but made the room feel stark. Drapes would have also helped with the noise from the freeway

Location is great! Next to the freeway, a gas station, multiple places to eat or shop. Very convenient. Pool, hot tub, exercise room, snack corner and breakfast were all a plus. Nice rooms

Very close to I-5 so freeway noise. Provided soft ear plugs which worked well. Ask for room opposite freeway (or as far as possible).

It’s loud because it is between the freeway and a busy street. The floors in the room needs wet cleaning. Staff could care more.

The refrigerator didn't keep the food that cold. Being a family suite I felt like the stock of towels and toilet paper should reflect the amount of people staying in the room.

The breakfast had great choices. The Family suite was so spacious and we love that there were hard wood floors and no carpet.

Horrible sewage smell in the lobby and elevator. There is no room service when requested, i literally had to ask the housekeeper herself before the room was done. There were no towels available.

The room was older and in need of a refurbished, there were never enough towels and the few they had were threadbare in fact we had to use shower mats as hand towels. The bed was comfortable, the furniture old, the bathroom was updated and the sink faucet so close to the counter top that it was impossible to use.

This locaton was transistioning from Pheonix to Best Western. I made my reservation through Booking.com and that made the check in and check out process difficult...but the staff did their best under the circumstances.

The pool door had a consistent buzzing, which can be frusterating. The breakfast eggs were a little soggy with condensation but still good!

I loved the staff, everyone was so friendly and kind!!! It was a clean facility. They had a good breakfast with different options.

I didn't like that the kids weren't allowed to exercise in the exercise room according to staff onsite.

The facility was clean and the room was a decent size. It was within walking distance for dinner at the Olive Garden.

Just off I5. Easy parking. Good price. Extensively renovated as it transitions to a Best Western facility. Good breakfast. Coffee in lobby and in room. Quiet despite proximity to I5. Spacious, well appointed rooms showing some wear although mostly renovated.

The staff seemed bothered or annoyed most of our stay. There weren't many options for breakfast. There were also doing construction during our stay. My daughter ended up getting sick and napped during the day and there were loud construction noises (banging, and cutting machines) in the room right next to us. We can physically see the wall moving from where they were remodeling the room next to us.

We normally book at this location. There is a gas station within walking distance and other amenities nearby.
