Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

At check in we had to wait 20 minutes and even call the front desk because nobody was there. The guy then didn't even say sorry, gave us our key cards and didn't even tell us how to get to our room. The rooms were not soundproof.
The room was newly renovated, minimalist but comfortable. There's a lot of parking space available. The guy at check out was really friendly and nice. Close to the airport

The a/c did not seem to cool easily. Awkward to find Small selection of dispensing machines/choices
It felt safe with the cameras that one could see while checking in. No street people hanging anywhere around the hotel. Close enough to food, gas, and stores

I didn't like how we had to look for our room wondering around not much help from the front desk also my family wanted to go to the pool was disappointed how cold it was I mean least heat up the pool not everyday people spend the night in Phoenix we pasting by
I can't really say what I liked about my stay here was just decent and just had a room for the night a last minute booking for the night was pretty how it was.

The location was a bit sus. There was quite a bit of foot traffic in the parking lot, but I made sure to park under a light and in view of the camera. Phoenix is an expensive area and this was one of the cheaper hotels. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, but I have to admit I did sleep well. If you’re going somewhere just to sleep, this hotel is adequate.
The bed was comfortable and the staff was competent and friendly.

There were no chairs to set in and no place to put a suitcase except for the bed. No small frig for cold things. No safety bars in the bathtub are for support while taking a shower.

Shower curtain rod was hanging down so the curtain stayed in the middle. It looked like someone had attempted to fix it, but did not fix it correctly. Not much counter space around the sink. Small issues though. I'm not that picky.
I was concerned that we might be checking in after midnight since it took a little bit to get our rental car and drive 20 minutes to the hotel. Front desk lady was very understanding, nice, and no problem checking in. The place was clean and a good place to crash for the night.

The staff were indifferent and unfriendly. This was a $50 hotel charging $120. I reported an issue with a broken shower curtain rod. They promised to fix it the next day while I was out. When I returned it was still broken. I got charged $10 for a $2 candy bar from a vending machine. I told them about it and they just shrugged their shoulders. I won't be back.
Ample size room. Good lighting. Quiet stay Comfortable.

There was a 3-inch circle burned into the. Mattress that was merely covered up by the mattress pad. The highway side of the building is noisy, and truck traffic began around 3AM The interior of the hotel needs to be refurbished, thoroughly cleaned, and painted

No mini fridge. The door to the restroom opened against the shower. Loiterers after hours made the environment a little uncomfortable.
Clean facilities internally. Room was welcoming.
