Not like I don’t like we can deal with it but since it’s Soo busy weekend the elevator takes forever but one time that the line was long, they accommodate the long line and took us to the maintenance elevator, for me that’ was an A plus

I rarely give comments but this would be my second time this year and I would say I will stay here again next time. The rooms were clean. Staff was Soo accomodating. Ohhh yahh and it’s right across the convention that our event happened.

Pool was not suited for adults. We had an issue with the cleanliness of our room. The room was not cleaned the final night of our stay. The management team refused to have the room cleaned and/or comp us for the uncleaned room. We ended up having to relocate rooms completely. We chose the Hyatt for the focus on luxury and cleanliness, so we were very disappointed and had never experienced such before.

For 15years we always stays her for a dance competition and cheer competition. Our daughter loves it up til now that she’s already 13. She still gets excited with the elevator and now with her lil brother doing it with it. And of course the convenience that it’s walking distance to the convention center. Hopefully that price will not go up every time though that we can’t afford anymore😭😭😭but overall we WOULD STAY HERE NEXT TIME Ohhh the restaurants food were great and I wished to eat more there

Madalyn, at the front desk (downtown Phoenix) was amazing I was super impressed with her!! I did not have a chance to enjoy breakfast at your place. I stayed in room 2134 and the nozzle to the shower, (how to turn on the water), was very very loose, I thought it was gonna fall off..... I really thought the nightlights around the bottom of my bed, were an added bonus!!!

Clean, massive and comfortable space! Amazingly kind staff and so many offerings!! Having the market open until 11 was also a real treat as most of our time was spent out late so having good food options after 9 was a blessing!

The breakfast needs to be reconsidered. It appears to be fully catered out to a different team that doesn’t share the same friendly vibe as the hotel team. I typically the Hyatt in the Middle East known for its extraordinary breakfast. This was a let down here.

This is one of the nicer Hyatt I have stayed at between the US and the Middle East. Staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean. Generally, this was an excellent location.

Went to bed after a concert, didn’t inspect bed (didn’t think I needed to). In the morning notice a spot of old blood on sheets, not mine, I had no sores.

I didn't like that valet parking was full by the time I got there and when I called and asked which parking garage the front desk person told me the wrong one so I ended up paying$50 for parking instead of $20.

The convenience of being right down town by chase field was great.

The neighbours of the adjoining room were super loud early in the morning. It kind of sucked, not the hotel's fault though I would consider staying again.

There are awesome staff and location, is great and there are so many restaurants and bars in the building. Cool options downstairs with a market where you have healthy choices of food

I think they charge $40 for parking, which is pretty steep, especially since the hotel felt almost empty. No free water (only with hotel chain membership). No bathrobes provided to get to the pool and back.

Hotel room was big, clean and had a terrace. Unfortunately, the air quality was bad the two days we stayed so we weren’t able to use it. Hotel is gigantic. Made for conventions. Pool area was nice and hot tub worked. Plenty of street parking so didn’t have to use the hotel garage. Starbucks is just one block away. Beds were comfy. Close to stadium and children‘s museum. Plenty of restaurants around.
