I thought it was odd that only one elevator was present, but there were three stairwells. I never had to wait very long for the elevator, but I would have thought they would have installed two of them. Perhaps not a big deal as I wasn't inconvenienced.

The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast started at 6 which let us head out early.

Could use a bit of updating. Mostly cosmetic stuff. There was a bit of wallpaper coming off the wall in the bathroom and the shower had the hand sprayer but when on the hook it kept falling off.

Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast, bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was not appetizing, the round, flat egg (.) stuff has no taste, no flavor. Sausage tasted like it had freezer burn. Very disappointing!

The hot tub turned my hair green and burnt my skin. Ive been here before and it never did this. Yall are putting way too much chlorine in it. You still have fixed the jets in the hot tub since my last review. The pool is ice cold. You cant even enjoy it cuz its so cold. Asked for room service it wasnt provided to us till I complained. When you tell a guest they will be put on the list in the morning its your job to let housekeeping know.

I like the free hot breakfast but they do need to switch it up some. I ate the same thing for 4 days in a row.

The coffee wasn't the greatest.

Comfortable and clean. Nice elevator in the middle of the hotel. Beds were comfy, shower was HOT, Breakfast was delightful and plenty. Housekeeping goes above and beyond! Hot tub and pool were nice.

The rooms was great and it also had a balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was not great, I would say it was a standard American breakfast with no fresh vegetables and fruits. But they had fresh waffles!

The indoor/outdoor pool wA not heated so too cold to use. The bathrooms in the pool area were not open. The little bar was permanently closed down and really nowhere close by to go at least that you felt safe as the location is not in the nicest area. Also, the room had three plastic cups but none in the bathroom.

The room was nice. The bed was comfortable and clean as in photo. The room was good size. There were full dispensers of soap, lotion, and shampoo. The staff were pleasant although not particularly friendly.

I didn’t like the noise from the busy street outside my window and someone on a motorcycle stopping by everyday, revving his engine.

It is very close to the highway so you need to pack earplugs. Breakfast is served on paper plates and with plastic cutlery, very environmentally unfriendly
