They were replacing carpet which made it difficult to get around on our floor. Pool room needs serious TLC. Fitness room was closed out entire stay
Family suite was larger than I thought. Morning staff and kitchen staff were friendly.

POOL NEEDED ATTENTION, was not clean and had a film across top the entire stay.
This is our go to spot when we visit. We always enjoy the quiet atmosphere.

The breakfast needs to have bread daily so you can make toast, and maybe some cheese or gravy for the dry plain scrambled eggs.
The staff is super helpful and friendly everyone last one of them. The room was clean as the whole hotel.

Was not informed up front that elevator was being replaced and we had 3rd floor room. Pool area dark and not enough seating.
Staff was very accommodating. Carried luggage up to room. Changed room to 2nd floor for 2nd of 2 night stay.

Did not like being placed across the hall from pool area and also did not like that my neighbors smoked marijuana and cigarettes. It seeped into my room.

We were in Rm 132 and the ice machine and vending machines were outside the door and you could periodically hear people getting ice etc! Would probably request different room next time?
Bed and pillows were wonderful! It was very comfortable! Room was very clean, and newly renovated! Room had mini frig, microwave! Breakfast area very nice and clean! Although we didn’t use pool, the area looked very clean! Had read a previous review about smelling chlorine outside area and we were right down hall from pool area and didn’t smell anything like that!

The smell of weed in the hallway coming from guest room. This isn’t something the hotel can manage. It’s on the other guest to be respectful of other guest.

I thought from online description there was accessible hot tub by the pool. There wasn’t. Pool crowded. And no fault of yours elevator down.

Doing remodeling no elevator, lot of noise before 7am and after 10pm. Workers blocking the hallway and doors. Doors being propped open late at night at the back and side of building. Did not get the message of remodeling and no elevator till 2 hours before check in. Breakfast was nothing special. Had a light above the head board would not turn off. Had to have staff climb behind the bed to unplug it.

I had a second floor room and it was very quiet. The first floor rooms are across from the pool and along the hall from the elevator to the breakfast eating area, so I can imagine they are not as quiet. If I stay at this location again, I would request to make sure I had a second or third floor room to avoid this. The property is undergoing renovations, including to the elevator which was out of order. This should hopefully be time limited and not an issue in the future. The breakfast could be a bit more varied. For example, only one type of fruit available per day, only one type of bread product (only bread or bagel or english muffin) and never a mix.
I got exactly what I expected for the price at this level hotel. It was clean, safe, and comfortable. The beds are actually quite comfortable. The location is very convenient to Dollywood and the Pigeon Forge area. It was easy to get around by car and there were many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is generally what I expected of a free hotel breakfast. The make your own waffles were a big hit.

The gym was a little cramped as it appeared to just be a guest room with the furniture removed.
The location was very convenient and the staff was very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast each day. The hotel was being renovated and the elevators weren’t running but it wasn’t a big issue for us. We were happy with our choice to stay there.

The elevator was out due to repairs, but we could see them working on it. The ac also didn't cool well.
The breakfast was really good. The hotel was super clean (even though they are renovating it). The beds were comfy. We rested well.

No elevator being on 3rd floor should have been given a discount the pool too small smoke smell through hallways staff upon arrival just standing around hesitant to help, but Monday and Tuesday staff was exceptional room not cold enough water not hot enough not enough outlets
