At first, I didn't know about the countertop common area. My lunch for work was eaten by another person due to my improper storage and lack of knowledge of kitchen protocol. Other than that, nothing.

Upon entering into 9125. You are greeted with a reflection of the sun off the gleaming Travertine floors. The scent in the home would be one of whats cooking in the main kitchen (generally its some sensational to the sense's) savory and welcoming. The barracks are well maintained and comfortable for peaceful rest. The area has an awesome walk meter along with ease for getting around on public transportation. Also, the home is undergoing some light updates and general maintenance. The host has a great method of communicating via email for repairs.

The property was very elegant. Everybody was friendly and the place was clean and I did feel comfortable there. Although, the neighborhood that the property is located in, had an eerie feeling to me. I did not feel safe outside of the property. Therefore, I chose not to fulfill my 7-Day reservation with pill Hill mansion. Once again I'm requesting a refund for the $148. Please advise thank you. I had to ask one of the guest which bed was mine, he had to ask another person to find out and almost put me in the wrong room. During the 11:00pm, some of the guest were noisy with music, conversations and cooking.

The house was huge and spacious. The decor was really nice to the point I didn't want to touch anything.

Everything was perfect.

I know I’m supposed say what I like about the place. But the people that were staying there were so kind to me. They help me if I needed help and they would also check up on me to see if I had eaten or anything. I really in enjoyed my stay there and even the host and employees was so nice when I would ask questions and they would answer my questions and always help me when I needed help. But I like that it was always clean and organized and I loved the backyard it was beautiful.

This place is disappointing overall. The pictures don't really disclose how run down the house is overall. Everything was covered in a layer of dust or dirt. The fridge looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. I stayed in the dorm room and it was oppressively hot at night. (I ended up ordering a fan for my bed along with a new pillow, just so I could sleep). The shower door was missing one of the two glass panels. (the owners acknowledged this and said they were trying to get it fixed). . The biggest note I will make is that this is far from downtown. It takes about an hour and fifteen minutes to get to downtown via bus/subway. This place is very much "you get what you pay for". If you're in a budget, and don't mind it being rough around the edges, it might be ok for you. . The home has tons of character, and no doubt lots of history, but maintenance beyond what the on-site staff can handle, isn't being done.

The people are always the defining make or break for me. If the people are good, it can save an otherwise pretty bad experience. In this case, everyone in the property were nice and helpful. The backyard was a nice place to sit to cool off from the stuffy and hot interior. The kitchen was well supplied with things needed to cook whatever you wanted. The wifi was good and strong.

The bed is very dirty I assume that they did not change or cleaned the bed covers because they smelled very disgusting and I found hair on the bed, long story short it is diiiiiiiiiiiiiirty find another motel

Calling it a "Mansion" is a stretch by any means. First impression was this place is a dump. Front door is stuck half open because it catches on the busted up porch tiles. Upon entering there's no way to know where your room is. It appeared that rooms were upstairs. So after making my way up the stairs with my luggage and a broken leg, walking with a cane. I heard the noise of a tv. I found another guest (I think) who led me back down the stairs, through the kitchen and pantry area (?) To a back hallway and and bedroom. Where the door know was hanging off the door which would not close securely. Blinds on windows were bent and mangled and the window above the headboard was cracked and letting in cold air rite above my head while trying to sleep. The bathroom had no bath mat in or outside of the tub, which made for a slippery shower floor while in the shower and upon stepping out.

It seemed to be in a fairly nice neighborhood. But I was in late and out early. It looked and felt safe.

The owner or the one in charge only cares about money. He is taking advantage of people with its price. The bathing tub has no cover that cost visitors to clean water after bath. The mattresses is a spring box, Lovked down common place because some guess can't clean up mess. No tissue papers in the bathroom. I have to buy mine. No rules guide domatory mate. I complained about a man cleaning up in the middle of the night with a very hard smelling portion. He did not reply nor say anything. A man was above my bed. He snores heavily from day one to the time I left. I never slept more than one hour in the house. I complained and he did nothing. He rather threatening with cancellation policy which means if I report to booking.com, it does not mean I will get my money back. That house should be looked into. It is like a prison. Just coming of of 5days quarantine now from flu with I contracted from that house.

The perfect hostel-esque AirBnB. It provided all the essentials at the right price. I recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a hostel but for even smaller prices (at least in the expensive Us of A).

I'm incredulous of the previous rave reviews because my expectations were not at all met. Kitchen and surroundings were not tip-top clean. I found most of the other people antisocial and not upwardly mobile or well-traveled short-term backpackers. Absolutely hated my initial night but I'd already booked five nights...so I felt stuck; had not a single good night of sleep! The bunk beds squeak and shake, housemates SNORED WITH A VENGEANCE or played loud television/podcasts/radio programs throughout the night; but one guy in particular was -- is -- the pits. This lazy jerk muttered to himself, dragged his feet, repeatedly coughed phlegm, left the bathroom light on (next to my bed!), and hogged the television --- and never left the premises!?!

It was sort of cool staying in an old '70s mansion (which is currently undergoing renovation). Decoratins are largely Afrocentric art pieces🫶🏿 Bus J14 stops two blocks from the address and is a direct express run from/to downtown. Towel is provided.

The house could be cleaner in certain spots. The shared areas but I view all hotels the same so that’s just my greater liking (“preference”). Bring your own sheets and blanket and towels and shower shoes and you will be fine, absolutely! That’s my only issue . It was not disgusting or filthy at all.

I was unsure about this place. I had never been here before so I only booked one night. But when I got here… The place looks just likes it’s pictures. The bedroom shocked me at being a nice big room and private with no surprises.
