It was a bit rundown. Not terrible, but my husband, a bit more high maintenance than myself, didn’t like it. There is some much needed repairs to the overall property. For example; when getting into the bed, my three year old looks behind her at. Throw pillow and says, “Look mama, look daddy, there’s a hole in my pillow”. Not the end of the world as we were just spending a night. But could use a bit of TLC.

The property perfectly met our needs. Directions for stay, rules, and preparation of the property was perfect.

The house was located in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. The house in the pictures online is exactly what it looks like. Enjoyed our stay in Clearwater it was great!! We did not spend a lot of time at the house. We did sight seeing and enjoyed the Kenny Wayne Shepherd concert at the Jazz Holiday. Had delicious meals at Frenchy's original and Mexican food. Great visit all around!

I agree with a previous review that the bath linens seemed a bit worn, and should be switched out, luckily we brought our own. But that’s the only thing! Beware of lizards :)

The owner was very nice and accommodating. This is an EXCELLENT location, close to the beach and is just a great home. It was just a friend and I and we had a relaxing time doing yoga on the nice back patio. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. It was perfect. I will be back again.

The rainspouts had things growing out of them. The rain fell out over. There were many things that needed repaired i.e. hole in the wall in the main bedroom, the sheets were the wrong size in the second bedroom. Other minor things.

Everything was nice and clean. Its a very pretty, quiet and private area. Everything is within 2 min driving distance for restaurants and only 5 mins to the beach. The house was a wonderful place to stay with the wifi and Netflix available. Made our stay comfortable and sufficient. Will definitely stay again next year.

No remote for blueray/DVD player. I used my laptop and contacted mgr/ownr, but no replacement remote was provided. There were a total of three remotes, but only one matching the brand of the tv & blueray player. It wasn't connecting with the blueray and there were no instructions on how to link it, so...) I paid a steep extra fee for professional deep cleaning because of the pandemic (I believe it was about $150, but would have to check the original booking), but was asked to vacuum the floors, load and empty the dishwasher, and put all dishes away myself upon checking out. If I was eating from dishes that were washed and reshelved by the guests before me, it means either there was no pro deep clean to sanitize for pandemic conditions, or the deep clean has been compromised by random guests touching and breathing on kitchenware, food prep surfaces, etc. That leads me to believe that I may have paid that extra fee for someone else's profit, rather than a pandemic safe environment. Worth looking into before booking.

Beautiful space. Lots of light, a lovely spacious kitchen, a big patio in back, laundry on site, quiet street, private parking, BBQ. This is not for partying, but is perfect for small dinners or card games with a couple of friends. It's off the beaten path, so you don't have to deal with road noise. TVs in each bedroom, which is a nice extra. Central air plus ceiling fans. 10 minutes from beaches, parks and shopping.

The location was centrally located. The neighborhood was nice & quiet. It was also nice to have a park a short walk away.

The location was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Property mgmt was great. I locked myself out upon arrival and property mgmt arranged for me to pick up a spare key the same night. It also had a large enclosed patio with a washer & dryer. However, towels, rugs, bed linen & cookware need to be replaced /upgraded. The towels they had in the room should have been discarded along with the bath rug. Everything was mismatched and extremely worn. I actually went out and purchased towel sets the night of my arrival because the towels were so worn at tje property. Fortunately, I had a pillow & blanket, which I always travel with when staying in a short term rental. Last, the property owner should put shelf liner in the built in cabinet next to the bathroom. The drawers are currently lined with newspaper which downgrades the property.

We didn't get the correct Wi-Fi code the 1st evening and was texting the property host and got reply but told we were given the right code. After rebooting our devices and trying again and again we called and told not right code, we have 3 up to date devices and told over and over was given the right password. We were not hooked up that evening. until 11pm approx. We drove to the Racetrack and were connected to Wi-Fi quickly about 10pm. It wasn't a problem on our end. Also, next to the router had several stands/2 older boxes to look at but we didn't want to touch or pull on until was told to do that. We spent 4hrs after going back and forth with the host. We were told it was on the square box but was on the oval newer one had the right code. We weren't given the correct code by the host. Therefore, not able to get dinner ordered, until late. Little to pick from because we didn't have access to see what was in the area online. The following day we were heading out when we heard the alarm going off, so was glad we didn't leave because couldn't have got back until late evening then would have been a bigger problem to get that taken care of late. We were told to go ahead leave but someone was on the way. Particularly we didn't want a 3rd party coming in and us already gone and just didn't feel comfortable with that. The host ask us initially to go around and turn the alarm off and stand in a chair to do it, but it was loud and not sure which one it was. My husband, 76 years old and 100% disabled didn't need to pull a chair up and stand. A marine will never say he's not going to help or try. He did stand in the chair to unhook, I was just concerned because when we walk, he has to be reminded to watch his step, that was how a few more hours were spent, we didn't make it to our visit and plans we had but we made the best of it later in the day.

We loved the house, Very Clean, easy to get to places to eat and stores.

Tv’a in the bedrooms only worked to use Netflix with. No gas for the Weber grill. When we contacted the host she said we could go down the street to the gas station to fill up the tank. I told her we did not have a car as we were using Uber but she did not work anything out so we could use the grill. We would not have purchased steaks had we known that we couldn’t use the grill.

No cable in bedrooms. Both beds wobbly. Every moment you can hear. Shower is quite slippery. May need a mat or feet grip tape in it to avoid potential injury.

The property was lovely and quaint. The property manager was exceptional when I texted with questions/issues. The kitchen was very well done. Loved the privacy of the backyard. Well maintained overall. It had a warm feel to it. Our son loved it all.
