I didn’t like the oversized tub. Had a hard time getting out of the shower. They also didn’t have a good working iron. It burned my cute blouse. Some rooms don’t offer a fridge or microwave. They also don’t have a coffee maker. If you don’t like hearing loud noises when you’re sleeping. I don’t recommend this hotel. It’s right behind Harry’s Bar.

The rooms were cutie and cozy. Also very clean. The location is right in the middle of Pismo. The beach, shops & bars are all walking distance… Plenty of parking available

We were given a separate 2 bedrooms space instead of just 2 Queen beds which was much appreciated

No iron, ironing board or blow dryer in the rooms these things should be standard things. Also a blanket would of been nice to have we froze !!

As in almost every hotel in America, walls are very tiny, so you can hear almost everything from other rooms (if they are occupied).

Very friendly staff, good location close to the city center and beach/pier. Fast internet connection. Pismo is absolutely beautiful city and I really recommend to stay here for a day/two :-)

We love the Pismo Hotel , right in the center of town. Perfect location to restaurants, the beach and Harry’s next door . The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and checking in was a breeze.

No mirrors in the room. Just had the small bathroom mirror. & the bathroom sink water didn't drain well, slow clog.

The bathroom the sink was very close to the toilet almost over the toilet tv very small too noisy.

Is well situated hotel at the most popular st. Of Pismo very close to the pier.

Location is awesome, entertainment was great, family friendly atmosphere. Food was excellent, sunrises were beautiful. Loved it all around.

The location of this hotel is incredible. It's an old beautiful hotel, and the staff including Tammy are outstanding. We loved our room, however, note that this is an older hotel in a beach town, so does not have air conditioning. The room's do you have ceiling? Fans and windows are open, so you do get a breeze. . We found it to be a little bit warm because it was facing the West. But it did not take away from Our stay. We loved it. There's a little cafe, right next door plus restaurants all around. There's coffee in the lobby made fresh.

The bedroom and sitting room were alittle on the small size. If someone forgot to close the cage door for the elevator you had to walk up the stairs to find it and close.

When we checked in for our 2 night stay in a room with a king bed we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a king suite. The extra sitting area was great as to not feel so claustrophobic. The elevator was a kick. Made you feel like you were in an old time hotel overseass.

Pismo was pretty warm the weekend we were there and not have AC made the room pretty uncomfortable. Also to keep some air moving in the room we had to open the window that faced the BBQ restaurant which made it pretty loud. I personally didn’t have a problem sleep however a light sleeper would definitely have issues. On the plus side having the window open and the BBQ restaurant nearby made the room smell great.

There is no AC. The rooms get warm. The ceiling fan over the bed helped keep me cool at night though.
