Not having a coffee maker in the room was actually a huge down grade for us. Going to the pool and having to pay for a chair after paying resort fees is ridiculous. We set our towels on a chair and we were asked to remove them and the pool was empty that day. I do believe if you are going to stay at a resort and pay an extra resort fee for using the pool then you should at least get a chair. Renting a cabana I understand, not chairs. Drinks at the pool were extremely overpriced. I cannot even fathom paying $80 for two drinks. If we had known we would not have ordered them.

The property was nicely located on the strip. Our room was very clean and had a great view.

Check In process was very slow. Only a couple of staff members on the front desk with a very long line of guests waiting to check in.

Room was lovely, very modern and comfortable. Location was excellent, right in the middle of the Strip and attached to Magic Mile.

Only complaint was the lack of drink service at the roulette table one afternoon. Was there over an hour before we saw a waitress. I went to the bar to pay full price for two drinks that cost us $20 roughly and told the bar tender. He made a phone call and a waitress showed up about 5 minutes after I returned to the table.

Really almost everything. Good location, easy walk to other casinos. Uber ride share area is well layed out. Room was clean and really liked the double sinks. No complaints except maybe the prices of things at the pool. Seems high. Our pool waitress did a good job.

Check in/check out not very personable. Internet in room wasn’t good considering you pay nightly for it. Safe in the room didn’t work, though it did get changed out👍 Also over the 3 nights room was only attended once by housekeeping.

as due to a have a mountain view but my view was off the roof. Room was a bit tired and could do with a bit of TLC

Stayed for 4 days and on the whole was fine. Room size was good - we had 2 Queens as opposed to a King as apparently this was all they had when we checked in at 9pm. We stayed on the 6th floor so was close to the pool which was convenient. Did the trick and more than suitable for what we needed.

Had updated to another room with view of fountain. When got there, they didn’t show the updated room. Had to show proof that I had updated. Waiting long time late at night and very tired to get the room we wanted. Express checkin or checkout didn’t work.

Went to see Shania Twain concert. Was disappointed to see you had to rent pool lounges around the pool so we didn’t stay. Was hoping for a microwave in the room. Everything else was good
