Parking was confusing bc it was with the mall. Far walk from your car to your room with bags. Nobody at the desk to answer questions. Always a long line at registration desk

The pillows are terrible. We ended up having to ask for alternative pillows after a terrible first night sleep.

Pool is only open 9 to 5. The chairs by the pool have to be purchased Guests can use the chairs on the patio away from the pool area. That was not very inviting!!!

Rooms were clean and spacious Loved the soaking tub Hard to leave that beautiful room. Location was convenient lots of shopping, dining options. Concert venue within walking distance.

Pool closed at 5pm. As it was so hot, we were only getting to the pool in the afternoon. Other places we have stayed the pool closed a lot later. For Vegas I think 5pm is too early.

The room wasn’t as Wow as I’d liked. The tag on the sheet was at the wrong end, dusty on the furniture as if it wasn’t wiped off. Disappointed

There are fees for literally everything. How is it that hotel guests have to rent out a chair by the pool? It doesn’t make sense to me. The pools are also small

The pool. Not friendly. In comparison to other hotels, the pool is so simple, ugly and boring. And then you have to pay for a chair and only can bring Starbucks. Also, we did not like low staff in the whole hotel and poor signals for directions. There is no one to ask around the casino. The reservation was made for family of 4. However, only 3 towels are provided and size of shampoo/soap is really small.

Driving through for drop off was crazy and confusing. Walking through the casino with underwear dancers on tables - just a warning for those that might not like that. No kettle or coffee maker to boil water (despite booking.com advising one was in the room)

Central location. Rooms were a nice size and decor.

We were double-charged for the resort fee - $52.10 + $56.63 (=108.73) per night which made the room significantly more expensive than I originally expected considering there was just two of us in one room.

Room was very spacious and clean. Really great location - made it easy to pop over to other resorts (e.g. Aria, Bellagio, Cosmo) to go to different restaurants. The Miracle Mile also had some amazingly priced food options. There is a Deuce stop right outside of Planet Hollywood which made it easy to travel up and down the Strip.

Mountain view #1428, view onto the roof from the hotel down below, also saw a part of the Sphere, but view does not really matter, does it? Room very quiet, spacy and comfy, big. Hotel just opposite the Bellaggio. We stayed 7 days and loved it
