Stickers in grass are a nuisance

The Door Code provided didn't work, spent 15mins on the phone with someone and told to wait for someone from property to show up and help. Would have been nice to know we needed to go buy our own toilet paper. Got there and roll was empty. Had to run to Dollar Store. Door handle to balcony was broke. Notes taped everywhere with how to use things to help open/close doors.

The whole condo was outdated. Everything looks like it's from the 90s, a bit dingey and some of the rattan furniture and decor was broken. The bunkers were a nightmare bc there were no railings nor was there a ladder like I saw in photos of other rooms. It needs modernized. Also there is no signage as to the directions of the stairways, elevator, pools, etc.

I couldn't hear the neighbors or the outside guests by the pool - that was nice. The AC was nice and cold and the water pressure very good as well.

Stove top burners were difficult to use. Only tried one night. All other appliances we were good.

Location. Hot tubs, sauna, pools. Size of condo was spacious. Decorated well. Plenty of seating, including chairs on balcony. Spectacular ocean view. Lovely walk on bridge over dunes to beach. Staff great. Elevator. Multiple carts for baggage. Bar restaurant near by. Grocery store easily reached. Cooking pots, glass pans and utensils. Dishes, silverware, glassware all available.

I had to call Vacasa for another door code. My code didn't work at first. The problem was corrected quickly once I got someone on the phone.

The location was perfect for a quick get away. I loved the short walk to the beach. The apartment was very clean. The on site restaurant had good food. I suggest that you bring snacks and food. There are grills available. Also bring chairs and a tent for the beach. I will be booking again.

There was no plug for the bathtub to take a bath and the numbers on the stove were faded so you don’t know what the burners were on. The stove has only one big burner so it wasn’t very easy to cook on.

Loved the keyless entry! Made everything super easy because I arrived late. .

The reservatios I paid for had parking for two vehicles. When when we got there,that was not the case. The front security staff told me I would have to get online and pay 25 dollars extra to park. I paid almost 600 dollars for two nights. Is that not enough?. Thankyou for reading this. All that being said, It was a really nice time.

A tiny Invasion of ants in our unit.

Safe, family friendly, so many amenities to enjoy with out ever leave property and a beautiful view from our balcony of the court yard and ocean!

We couldn’t get a good connection to use our devices (mobile phones, tablets. etc.) inside of the condo, but needed to go outside to the balcony each time.

Floors need to throughly cleaned before every check in. Property manager sends an email with the keyless entry code and states the parking passes are included which the third party security guards at the gate had zero knowledge of. As a result I got harassed about it every time I came and left the property. After contacting the property manager I was assured the issue had been solved but wasn’t. I’ve come to the conclusion after booking through Vacasa a few times that’s just how unprofessional these people work. There is always an issue with them at least every experience I’ve had with them, nothing ever goes smoothly. I come to the beach two to three times a year to recharge and relax and don’t want to deal with BS every time I do. I’ve read several other reviews that had issues with Vacasa which tells me they take em like a grain of sand my advice is to do better or get out I’ll never book another property through Vacasa again.

How every time you leave the resort when driving back every car has to wait for new arrivals and any other issues that residents have when at the guard shack. So the line of car when returning to the resort was ridiculous. Also there was at least 6 months worth of dust on top of the refrigerator.

We like the resort. Pools are nice. View is great from the balcony.
