Keys didn't work to unlock proper areas. Payment was processed on booking.com but couldn't be processed at the location. They were nice and let me go without having to wait any longer than I already had at the end of am extremely long day.

Was Still garbage left in room from previous guests. Heater had a musty smell. I use to stay at this hotel 3 to 5 times a year. This was my first time in a couple of years. Biggest reason for staying away is the price per night. Then to see nothings been renovated in the rooms i was pretty disappointed. Might be another few years before i stay again. Unless they lower prices.

We left the sign on our door for room service early in the am approximately 8:30 and returned at approximately 4:00pm. Our room was left open, by using the door latched to keep it propped open, by the maid staff and the new towels were tossed on the counter by the sink, became partially wet due to laying in the sink. We don't know how long our room was open and thankfully had no valuables left in there, but this was a bit careless and could have had a bad outcome.

We loved the breakfast made available each morning, great food for the value! The facility was clean and had great amenities, the pool was great! Rooms was large and in good shape. The staff was also very friendly!

In the room of the jacuzzi tub, on the ceiling there were some brown spots it looked like from moisture. But other than that, everything else was clean and tighty.

The front desk person when we arrived and also throughout our stay was phenomenal. Did an amazing job. Couldn't ask for better service!

Yikes! There has been a resent change in ownership/management and unfortunately it was evident at check in with the front desk staff. We always have contacted the hotel directly to make reservations, but this time we were quoted a bizarre rate which was more than $60 above the internet rates. We booked through Booking.com instead. It seems that the reception staff have gone Corporate, totally unable to think/work outside the set box. Too bad.

We like the location and that there are only two floors. Breakfast has always been good even through Covid restrictions. Floor staff have been very helpful and pleasant.

So we booked a queen suite. Then booking offered us an upgrade to a king suite. We paid for the upgrade. Got to the hotel and booking never sent our upgrade to the hotel. So we were stuck with a queen suite. Thankfully we were only charged for the queen suite. Also, the suite says it'd a queen size bed but it's not. It's a full size bed.

We always like the buffet. The swimming pool and the location. Being so close to the mall and all kinds of restaurants. The queen suite we ended up with was nice. The hot tub is very relaxing. The early check in and the front desk staff were very nice.

It was clean and updated compared to the other hotels in Plattsburgh . The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Only thing I'd recommend is a separate soap to wash our hands after using the bathroom. We did end up breaking apart the body bar to use for our hands, so it's not the biggest deal.

I'm happy we chose this hotel to stay! Our room was clean and spacious. We loved the hot tub and how it was located in it's own room. It had everything included that was described. Although we didn't take the chance to try breakfast due to being busy, it smelled amazing from our room. Loved the access to the pool and an arcade area, even a fitness area. All the staff were extremely kind and we ran into a few issues (of our own fault) that they helped us out with.
