Plenty of dust in rooms causing allergy. Manager walked in our room in the evening after short knock unlocking the door on her own. Another stuff came up to knock the door 5 min past the check out time and asked if we are leaving. Pool had a weird devider rope preventing from swimming openly. More decoration/plants needed in that area plus fresh paint advised. Overall you get what you pay but stuff wasn't too pleasant.

I had a great staying, no complaints at all!!

Where to start? Hmmm… Well, the location was amazing -everything was near. The view was amazing, we were glad that we got to see the downtown nights and during the mornings the beautiful sunshine’s. The hotel room was just perfect (for the price we paid it was beyond expectations) the beds were very comfortable, the pillows were okay, the bathroom was great and I loved that it had an extra sink outside the bathroom. The private patio was a great touch. The Morning breakfast were just great, I have had stayed in hotels where I’ve paid so much more and breakfast service cannot be compared not even slightly to the one that is being offered here. The staff very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable.

It smelled like weed and smoke. The room was so disgusting and nothing like it shows online. Couldn’t even spend the night there.

The bath tub was dirty,sheets on the bed had a big stain, window didn’t closed all the way and it was too noisy couldn’t sleep so had to leave the room at 2:30 AM and go to another hotel room.

I checked into the 505 Hotel on May 3rd and checked out on May 4th. At that time, I told the front desk that my reservation for May 4th was wrong and asked them to cancel it and change it to May 3rd. The front desk helped me change the time and told me that there would be no cancellation or change fee. I paid 💲184 at that time. I confirmed it with the front desk when I checked out the next day. Now I was charged 83.36 more. Please refund

Wall paper coming off walls in room and balcony doors were in a shambles glass was on the verge of falling out of door frame and balcony rail was very loose

I liked the balcony but the door was in relay bad shape.hotell has lots of potential but needs lots off work and updates

Like I said before I didn't like anything the breakfast had to be one of the worst breakfast I ever had except for the waffles those were the best but the there was no butter the syrup was almost gone I didn't like that the hot tub did not work and what smelled awful the pool itself was a color I don't think it should have been they gave us a wrong room with the with only one bed instead of two when I did advise them of this she basically ignored me and said that that was the one that I picked which it was not

I didn't like anything everything was not of what it said it was going to be online if I could have went back in time I would have definitely stayed somewhere else

The parking lot was complete chaos. Completely full but mostly because people were parked badly. The hotel is located between a freeway and a busy street, so there was no other parking. I left because there was nowhere to park. I also couldn't get a refund.
