I did not like there was no onsite parking. I did not like that there was no ice located on the floor. I did not like the pool hours. 9pm seemed a bit early.

The ambiance, the location and the friendliness of the staff were off the charts. Keep it up!

The staff was very friendly throughout the hotel. The restaurant, Corinne was delicious, and I recommend the margaritas. The location was ideal. I walked everywhere from my hotel, and it was super close to the River Walk. The hotel was clean and chic, and the beds were comfortable. 10/10, would highly recommend, and I can’t wait to come back!

Nothing really—they did add a larger than usual incidental fee at check in but settled it quickly at check out.

The vibe here was great. Beautiful outdoor space. The staff were among the friendliest I’d ever encountered, specifically Leslie at the front desk, Randy in the garden bar, and all of the cleaning staff!

I really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was exceptionally nice. Ethan or Edan at the front desk was very pleasant and answered all of my questions regarding my stay. The bars they have are really nice. The ambiance of the hotel was great , smelled awesome! The only downfall of my stay was the view of my room was a construction site. Thankfully it was the weekend and they weren’t working or noisy. But the room was very comfortable and spacious . Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Would also recommend to others as well.

Parking was like a 2min walk away from the hotel. They do valet for 60 bucks, but we decided to make the walk. It was $5 for the day and $10 for overnight at the self parking lot.

We love everything about the hotel. We didn't really do much inside the hotel, we walked the city to take in the sights.

Unfortunately, as mentionned by many in the reviews, there is a building in construction right outside of the hotel. I still took a chance and especially asked for a quiet room in advance as well as at the front desk. I ended with a room which was facing the construction dumpster. The night was very quiet but, the construction woke us up suddently at 6 am, and did not stop all day. Note that the construction continues over the weekends. So, if you want to enjoy a good sleep in the next day, or spend some time on the balcony that comes with the room, I unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel right now. The hotel staff is well aware of the problem by the number of guests who mention it when asked "how was your stay?" but does not do anything. One could imagine that, when not full, the hotel would proactively place guests in the rooms facing the garden instead of having bad reviews on different websites. My final bill was also higher than the price confirmed by booking, and when I asked for clarification, I was told that probably booking made a mistake in calculating the taxes. So, I recommend that you pay in advance if you dont want any surprise! Overall, great potential for the future but staff needs to be more proactive.

This hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are spacious, excellent bed and bathroom. The pool, the garden and bar spaces are a gem and well maintained. This hotel will be perfect when construction is over.

Too many minor inconveniences. The actual room (244) was a let down. Our room did not have a balcony and we were expecting it. I did book a cheaper room so I may have missed something in my booking but it was a major let down for us. We are not picky about view but were really looking forward to the balcony. The room needs more circulation aside from the very well functioning a/c. We were either hot from still air or too cold. I tried to kick on just the fan but it didn’t turn on. Being from SA we know it’s the humidity but I wished I’d brought a small fan just to move the air. Also the lack of on property parking really surprised us. The lack is not unreasonable considering space constraints & construction it was just unexpected. Valet was always available but we’re not that fancy & like to know where our car is. The woman that checked us in recommended Hemisfair garage and it was a great spot.

the property as a whole is absolutely stunning. The renovation was knocked out of the park. The bar/pool area is cozy but not crowded. The staff is A++., Friendly, professional, and available to help at anytime. The grassy area behind the spa is beautiful and serene. Being able to relax under a large magnolia tree but steps away from the river walk was fantastic. Thank you for leaving the trees <3
