The room seemed badly soundproofed as you could hear everything from the room next to us. Maybe not ideal for light sleepers. For us and for 1 night it was absolutely ok.

The wall was thin enough that I can hear conversations and snoring.

It exceeded my expectation, location was perfect. The hotel was very cozy. Parking was no issue.

Unfortunately, the room was a bit small for two people and very very bright, so you can hear the neighbors and the seagulls all night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We even had a small kitchenette with dishes and cutlery. Optimal motel for a stopover in Morro Bay.

I think it was a bit expensive for what you get. No sound proofing.

Staff seem great but did not meet anyone as we arrived late and they left keys and instructions for us. Very comfy beds.

If you're a light sleeper the cars driving by will keep you up.. died down around the evening. Bathrooms were smaller then expected. The windows need to stay open as well or it gets really warm/hot.

There is a skylight window in the bedroom. So the room gets very bright in the morning.

The place is very clean. The beds are comfortable.

The bed was squeaky and the mattress, although clean and well maintained, has seen better days- it felt a little lopsided. My daughter and her friend said their beds were also squeaky. Nothing earth shattering… we still had a great time at this quaint little place. We’d still recommend it and would definitely stay again.

super cute boutique hotel! It was clean, cozy, and everything was in working order. The staff was friendly and communicative. Location is outstanding, and Morro Rock is right there in all of its glory.

I wish my room wasn't attached to the office. I felt like I was invading their business space.

The location was perfect! The receptionist was so kind. I was traveling with a dog who was turning 1 and they changed the marqueee to wish her a happy birthday. It was such a lovely sight to see when I pulled up. Thank you so much Pleasant Inn!

The bathroom was tiny. literally no room to move around in the shower at all. We really did not use the kitchenette at all. (It was pretty small too). As much as we liked everything the location and everything else, the size of the bathroom and shower just makes it impossible to stay here again. Hopefully there will be renovations soon since we loved everything else about the room.

It was located close to the main beach strip (within walking distance). It was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly.

You can hear your neighbors quite well. Not something you want at 2 in the morning. Not sure if they were standing right outside our door or if they were in their room, but it was quite annoying. You can hear doors shutting, etc. I even heard the guy next door sneeze. Also, the bathroom is small. There is a tiny sink and the shower can feel cramped. (Not much room to turn around.)

Breakfast not included. No coupons to any local places to eat. The room was very small. I felt claustrophobic. The bathroom was so small I couldn’t turn around. I guess they figured since I was 1 person it was ok. I was back in the corner windows were in back part of the complex.

The staff was very nice. Provided different places to eat at locally. They provided extra coffee. It’s in walking distance from all restaurants/shopping. Easy access to freeway!
